From 6 artist on stage: Two dancers with a singer, a guitarrist, percussion and a violin or flute. Since its beginnings, Flamenco has evolved in hidden places. It is danced and sung in private, in the presence of a select group of friends, without any amplification. Often, a brick cellar would be chosen, due to its wonderful acoustics. This is the authentic, unvarnished performance that we seek to recreate: a man and a woman dancing, a singer, a guitarist, a violin and percussion, sounds and shadows on ancient brick-lined cellar walls, all in a show lasting one hour. Welcome to Essential Flamenco.

Hello Quinta: We prepare Sangría as should be: good wine, a lot of fruits, a bit of Cointrau and nothing of sugar. It´s a simple "cocktail", but the quality of ingredients is important. Thank you for your kind review.

Hello Claudia: "intimate performance". That's the key of the whole thing. This art is not made for large audiences. The origin of flamenco was the private gypsies family parties, and we try to recover that atmosphere, in our brick cave (that's were they used to...More

Hello Rodrigo: You write "We came with our sons to enjoy the flamenco show". Yes, it has been a surprise for us, how much kids, of any age (we saw a months old baby clapping and cheering the artists!), enjoy the show. The same happens...More

Hello Louise: "absolutely outstanding Flamenco show". Artist will grow up with this review. Actually, is what they are working for. The money is just a pretext (they will never say this), but believe me, is just like that. They need to express their passion, literally...More

Hello Effie: Don´t worry for have been reluctant... most spanish people also think that flamenco is a trap for tourist, because many tablaos are. Many years selling packs "Dinner (reheated Paella) and Flamenco Show (Andalusian folk)". The performance you saw is flamenco jondo (jondo means...More
