I am an American History teacher,and this made me realize the other side of the Spanish-American War. This commemorated the Spanish side for their losses in Cuba. Hats off to them.

So good that Spain can remember their Dead warriors, even from conflicts where they were defeated. In this case the naval wars in Cuba and the Philippeans, both resulting in the loss of complete Fleets of ships. Remembering Spain's Honourable sailours. RIP.
