the Plaza Belluga is lovely- perfectly European with its al fresco cafés, stunning cathedral, ayuntamiento and former college, the old architecture and the liveliness gives it a lovely feel, and it is a beautiful spot.

After visiting the Plaza for the first time I knew it was going to be a regular place for me to visit. Lovely restaurants nearby for food or a drink with a lonely view of the cathedral and surroundings. Would definitely recommend.

Just magical place, great bars and restaurants. Very friendly people. Great shopping too in the small streets surrounding this area. A place just to wander about early evening and then some tapas and vino tinto. What more.......

This square is bounded on one side by the 18th century bishop's palace built in rococo style. It glows red at night in contrast to the white light of the cathedral's baroque facade. Dramatically different is the modern addition to the town hall which faces the cathedral and captures its reflection in its main window. It was built by award-winning... More

A nice spot to take in the architecture of Murcia and would grace any Italian piazza sporting a cathedral. Great opportunity to take some nice photographs, especially when the sun is shining.
