Usually use other transfer companies but decided to try this one. From booking to coming home, everything ran very smoothly. A WhatsApp message confirmed our pick up time from Alicante airport and then again confirmed our pick up from the Don Pancho. Fast, efficient and competitively priced service. Will use again 😁

The transfer to and from the hotel from ALICANTE airport was effortless, quick and value for money. Once booked and paid for, confirmation was quick. The day before we flew out, I received a WhatsApp message with full details and wished us a safe journey. On arriving at the airport, Victor Rodriguez sent me a WhatsApp message stating he was outside waiting for me. The journey to the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. The company's response to text messages and emails was efficient, quick and clear. I did not have the name of the driver for the journey to the airport, he was again pleasant and efficient and the ride was comfortable.
I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

As I travelled with them last year I booked them again this November They picked us up at Alicante airport to Benidorm but failed to collect us for the return I had confirmation for the pick up but couldn't get InTouch with the driver or the office Had to get a taxi from the rank

I apologize on behalf of everyone at Cheaptransferbenidorm. Please know that your situation was an exception. I was working remotely and when you phoned me call divert failed when I was in a plane traveling to an abroad destiation. As you can see on other reviews and your previous experience as was the four transfer you booked us, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply about our customers. We can’t fix the past but you have my personal commitment to improve the way our staff serves every customer. Until then, please accept my sincerest apologies on behalf of everyone on the team. Very reliable taxi service, the driver turned up a bit earlier than we booked but at least it gave us peace of mind as it was an early flight and we had to leave Benidorm at 3am.

Dear Barry. Yes, always our drivers if traffic allows it arrive earlier just in case there is any issue at road but they are happy to wait till time you have booked it. Very easy to book online with various payment options. We chose to pay cash at conclusion of journeys. Price was very competitive. Very clean vehicles and very polite and helpful drivers. Easily contacted via WhatsApp and Phone. Would highly recommend.

We were collected at 7am near our apartment, we were early and so was our driver, he was very courteous, we had a lovely comfortable spin to the airport.
I would highly recommend them and would use this service again.
