Hi, we always recommend to book in beforehand. If we are not able to operate due to poor weather conditions, we always offer to change the day. If we're not able to operate on the new day neither, we normally provide a full refund. Therefore, we recommend to book earlier into your stay in the area to be a little bit more flexible in case the weather has turned against us.

Yes, but I would tie a hoodie round your waist, you do go a long way up. They do have spare clothes and gloves if your still cold.

We got picked up in Benidorm at 9.20 and we’re dropped back by about 4.30. Two rides before lunch and one afterwards. Then on way home stopped for a drink and chat.👌

You are normally able to book online up to 9 months in advance. You can as well book as soon you've arrived in Benidorm directly, via your holiday rep or in one of our ticket offices. We recommend that you book in advance to guarantee that we have still got availability on the desired date during your stay.

I would imagine they will contact you nearer the time with a pick up point ...I wouldn’t worry though we were staying at Port Benidorm when doing this trip last year and got picked up directly outside.

Thanks a lot for your question. It's up to you. If you are a group (8 or more people) we recommend to contact us directly in advance to reserve a day for you. If you have got less members in your party you can either book in advance via Tripadvisor / Webpage / WhatsApp / Telephone / E-Mail etc. or you can book via our tour operators / at our booking office in Benidorm as soon you arrive here in Spain. Please, be aware that we can't accept debit or credit card payments on the day of the excursions. If you'd like to pay by card, please, book in advance. At this time of year we can accommodate you at nearly any day except Sundays. If you are traveling with children younger than 8 years, please, contact us in advance as well to discuss options. Please, be aware that children should be able to ride a bike safely and should be supervised by their parents at any time. However, we welcome anybody who's able to ride a bike. The oldest person so far was 89 years old.

Dear Don311007, thanks a lot for your question. The price for the ride is 39 € per adult and 25 € per child. We can offer group discounts for groups > 10 people as well. The price does not include lunch, but you can bring a packed lunch or have lunch at the Safari Aitana Park. You can book via Tripadvisor / Viator. Hi, thanks for your question. Yes, children are welcomed on our bike ride if they are able to ride a bike. We've got bikes available which suit children taller than 1.25 meters. We are looking forward to meeting you and your family in summer.
