    Spectacular building
It gets an excellent rating because the buildings are spectacular. However, on a lot of days you cannot get inside them all. Don't let that spoil anything. It is still an incredible walking experience. If you have longer in Valencia then you can book tickets for any concert/exhibition that may be being held inside them. Make sure you visit during the day and evening. Get some views from a higher building eg Cortes el Ingles as well. The changing light adds to their vista.

    Science Museum
I visited the Science museum. The buildings and design are amazing, definitely got the Wow factor, such a pleasure to walk around in this grand space and so inspiring. The museum is very interesting, I went to floors 1 and 3 only, lots of exhibits about the human body, medicine, DNA and molecules, old bicycles, ants in the hormiguero (ants nest). Lots to read, very visual and lots of practical activities to try out. I spent 2 hours here just in the museum including a cup of tea, I’m sure some people could be here all day. I will walk around outside another day. There was not much left in cafe by the time I got there 3pm.

    A place well worth visiting
An amazing location with many attractions, a science museum, an aquarium and more. The museum was really interesting but we did not manage to get into the aquarium which seemed expensive and had a huge queue when we arrived. I would recommend booking ahead as the queue for that was non existent!

    Fabulous architecture
Wow! What stunning architecture! Walking around the buildings was just a joy. The water features are beautiful and the area where you can paddle board, globe walk and kayak is very attractive. The gardens and grounds are beautifully maintained and the views are spectacular. We didn't have time to go into the museums but it will be on the top of our list when we return to the city.

Spectacular complex of modern designed buildings
To begin with the City of Arts and Sciences photos do not do it justice. The grounds and buildings are much, much bigger than they appear in photos. I know that there were very significant cost overruns in building this complex but the buildings are indeed spectacular. A must see when you visit Valencia.

    Amazing modern architecture
We were exploring Valencia and walked from the city centre to see the amazing architecture of the City of Arts and Sciences, it took about twenty minutes walking through a beautiful park. It was a gorgeous December day and the white buildings looked stunning against the blue sky. It was relaxing walking around the pools and fountains, there were families pushing strollers and everything was chilled. Sadly we didn’t have time to go inside the exhibitions but we love Valencia and can’t wait to return so that will be for next time.

    Vibrant Valencia!
This whole area is spectacular. The interesting (mostly) white structures with blue sky above and blue water below provide material for Instagrammers galore! Don't stop at Reina Sofia - be sure to keep walking toward the water for many more amazing sights! Wonderful!

We toured the area, but did not go into any of the museums. The architectural style is a total contrast to the rest of the city, but also very impressive. We enjoyed the variety of solar clocks and the gardens.

Breathtaking architecture. Inside you have different exhibitions: space, human biology, prize novel scientists, different kinds of props and things you can play with.
Definitely worth a visit, but mind you if you arrive with a school trip it will be busy

An excessively large number of children and teenagers without guardians or parents.

If you hope to spend a peaceful time, your rest will be ruined. Additionally, the prices in the cafés are unreasonably high.

One of the reasons for our trip to Valencia was these buildings. They did not disappoint. So amazing. The Hemisphere was good, we watched the Animal Kingdom film. Sadly we didn’t feel the science museum was that good. Difficult to navigate. We felt the top floor was the best and the lower floors were not that interesting.

A great attempt to resurrect a dilapidated city. Valencia is a far cry from Barcelona and if this is Spains 3rd city it is time for the Spanish to cry their eyes out

This is like some sort of futuristic urban oasis - with the water features surrounding the amazing architecture, a very peaceful place in the middle of this city and really well worth a visit!
