I thoroughly enjoyed this museum. It is not a place where you can sprint through and see a lot of important artifacts. The displays and goods are secondary to the video vignettes that tell the story of Valencia, from Roman times to life after General...More

This museum is telling the story of Valencia in a fantastic way. When we arrived there we were the only visitors and we had done a round with the guide who explained to us everything. Then there was a concert during the evening time and...More

Interesting building, previously a water reservoir. Good displays, but confusing layout. As with many modern museums it is too dimly lit. If you don't speak Spanish and are relying on the excellent guide you are given, it is very difficult to read in the dark....More

This is a good museum about the different periods of the history of the beautiful city of Valencia. If you’re from the UK, like me, you get a guide book in English (and presumably other languages depending where you are from). The guide book overs...More

Almost too much to take in on one visit - but a bit out of the way to return. In retrospect should have taken a lunch break at one of the local cafes and returned for second half. Lovely building which has been well restored...More

Enjoyed visiting this museum for it's great architecture, lighting and historical artifacts. The Museum covers the history of Valencia from its inception through today in a well planned out and informative multi-media presentation. Best 2 Euro's I've spent while here in Valencia. The entrance fee for this museum was only 2 euros which is amazing in itself. The only reason I have personally rated it at only 3 is because I didn't understand most of it. With not speaking Spanish it was hard to keep up, there...More
