    Great views over Valencia
Really enjoyed walking around the different parts of the building and the different views of Valencia. Not huge so doesn’t take long to look around. Some of the stairs didn’t have hand rails so be careful with small children.

    Serranos Towers
Serranos Towers were constructed to be defensive structures at one of the business city gates in late 14th century Valencia. The walls were knocked down in 1865, I am glad they decided to keep the towers. The Serranos Towers is just a 5-minute walk north of the Valencia Cathedral. The towers represent an excellent example of Valencian Gothic architecture, and are simply beautiful. I saw an old drawing from the 19th century when the walls were still standing, the towers are impressive, and must have been an imposing sight for travelers making their way to Valencia centuries ago.

Very interesting and unique to visit
Visited with Valencia City Pass. A beautiful castle/towers experience. Lots of different spots to see and you are allowed to go to the top which is quite high up! Interesting to imagine the archers stationed up there as people tried invading the city.

Big Towers at the Entrance to the Old City
An impressive site in the old town. These towers look like a castle and they had been one of the major entrances to the city in the old walls. Now they are best seen from the Turia River park. On the other side the old town continues.

    Nice views from the top!
Free on Sundays (yes, I'm Dutch, why do you ask?) so worth a stop if you can. Nice climb, high steps, but lovely views of Turia park and the old city. If you're in the neighborhood, why not?

    Well worth a visit
This tower and the Quart are two old gates, similar in nature and part of Valencia's history. The steps up are steep but you get a good view of the rooftops of the historic centre and the landmarks a bit further afield. As you pay only a minimum fee for entry, this was well worth the visit

We came across this on a walk around the city. A much cheaper alternative to the cathedral at 2€, however, when my children visited they got in free. Impressive views, worth the climb to the top.

These towers are definitely a landmark of the city. You will find them on the edge of the big park along the river bed. And I believe you can climb up and see the view. Part of the old city gates.

Definitely worth a visit, only €2 pp entrance fee, interesting building with great views. Lots of steps and not ideal for anyone afraid of heights!

Entry was free with the Valencia Tourist Card. The 264 total steps I climbed (132 steps up & down) to get to the top was a breeze. There wasn’t much ‘history’ exhibited as you climbed. Lovely views from top.

Any walkabout should include a visit to this place. Often you’ll see people dressed in traditional garb which adds to the charm.

This is one of the original gates to the city. Small admission charge that gives you the chance to climb the stairs and take in great views of the city and park
