Only 2 city gates remain and this one is from the 14th century and quite imposing. Walk through the gate towards the bridge over the river that is no longer there and look back at the gate to appreciate the gate.

Very cheap entry (around 2 euros) for amazing, 360 degree views of Valencia. Be warned - the stairs are very steep and numerous. But even after weeks of indulging in wine and ham, we managed it alright.
