Visited just before Christmas with my teenage son, his girlfriend, young adult daughter and her boyfriend just to see the reindeers. Firstly you cannot just do this and have to pay a full fee of £13 each! Child rate is £17, which includes Santa visit. This venue is only suitable for children under 5 where parents think a good day... More

We took our Grandchildren to this place as it sounded fun...Laugh, not ! The staff are as miserable as sin, very overpriced too. I can only describe this venue as a poor mans attempt to become an attraction. Balls from the ball pool were thrown at the Reindeer ( how sad that was to see). The ball pool made from... More

Well after reading some reviews on here , i was a bit sceptical. How wrong i was .the 4 kids we took thoroughly enjoyed it from meeting santa to seeing all the christmas scenes , then onto to the play barn . There was so much for the jids to do and all the elves were superb and really happy... More

A group of us visited, children and adults and wow what a day, amazing we are going back next year. Best Father Christmas event we have ever visited and I am 65 years of age.

We were looking for a venue to take our visiting Australian grandchildren too this December, having checked out some of the reviews on this site I was somewhat apprehensive. I think that we as people tend to focus on the negative rather than the positive, so here is my honest opinion.a very good experience for children, yes we Q'd for... More

Went to the reindeer centre today, two adults, a six year old and a three year old. Found it relatively easy, got parked ok and only a short queue for tickets. It was £60 to get in, I find this extortionate but I had misread the prices on the website so probably my fault. The queue for santa's grotto was... More

Animals unhappy and uncared for! Farm old and shabby. Disgusting toilets with raw sewage running from toilets into adjacent field. Poor quality basic food, dirty tables, spent three hours queueing to see Father Christmas. Barn play area full of old toys, no staff supervision, adults smoking in all areas with young children. Definately not worth the £67 entry fee for... More
