This tour was part of a bigger tour that visited Reims and Epernay from Paris. We enjoyed this part so much that I wanted to write a separate review. The facility is absolutely stunning - clean, spacious, and welcoming. The tour itself was very interesting and our guide, Elliott, did a wonderful job explaining the process of how they receive the juice they start with from surrounding vineyard owners, then the bottling and aging process at the facility. You can tell that the facility was designed for tours, as the spaces we walked were decorated and certain items displayed specifically for groups walking around behind the scenes. We had been on a tour earlier that day with a small champagne house, and it was so interesting to see the difference in the two.

We had not booked a tour but decided to pop into the shop. We were greeted very warmly by a very knowledgeable member of staff who spent a considerable amount of time explaining the history of the house and answered many questions. We felt no pressure to make any purchases but after the tasting, the champagne was delicious and it was irresistible. It was a great experience and well worth the stop before heading into Epernay.

We did the tour and tasting with a Gate One group and this was the most interesting of our winery visits. The Champaign production process was thoroughly explained here and demonstrated during our tour of the place. We didn't try the tastings so I can't comment on the wine.

Excellent wines. Forget what you buy at your supermarket. There are divine! The place itself was a little basic and non touristic. But we learned a lot. A special thank to Sarah at the reception and our guide Vincent, highly competent and friendly. He managed to answer all the many questions we had using impeccable English💪👍Bravo!

An excellent tour, very informative and interesting. Our guide was very engaging and helpful, and took us through the whole process. It was a proper visit to the real factory rather than just a ‘visitor experience’, so we got the see the huge vats and bottling plant as well as learn about how the cooperatives work to bring in the grapes. We were fortunate to be there during harvest so we also saw the grape pickers bringing in the harvest. The tasting afterwards was generous and unhurried. A recommended experience for a reasonable price.

Fantastic tour & tasting with Ghislain being the perfect tour guide with his enthusiasm and knowledge. Great value for money too with the tastings. The tour was also more enjoyable as fellow tour friends were wine students so we learnt from them too. Well worth the few minutes drive outside of Epernay!

Wonderful tour and excellent wine sampling.
I’m a wino, however champagne does not suit my taste. Most else does lol!
After this visit, I was sold on the virtues of this magnificent wine.
I immediately bought some when I got back home.
Honestly, the tour was extravagant in its depth.
We all learned a lot, and had a lot to taste afterwards.

Fantastic and fun tour of the huge facility. We had previously only visited small champagne houses, so experiencing the size and scale of Nicolas Feuillatte was fascinating. We did the sensory tasting, which was so much fun. Our guide (unfortunately I can’t remember his name) was funny and friendly, too. Overall just a fun time!

After a very detailed Wine Cellar Tour, we had a mega nice Champagne Tasting. And this wine tasting was the best we had in Champagne region during our Gourmet Wine Travel. At the end of the tasting a very special extra bottle was opened for us.

For the past 5 years we make a trip to the Epernay area to fill up our cellar with our favorite Champagnes. Nicolas Feuillatte quickly moved to one of the top spots. This year was no exception. We stocked up well on the day of our arrival, even before checking into our hotel. While shopping the next day at Carrefour for cheeses and foie gras, we had to pass the wine and champagne selection. We were more than surprised to find the same champagne we had bought the previous day - just 10€ less than what we paid for. How annoying is this?????

Hi
Can guests (on a tasting) using the parking facility?
Thanks

We used the car park within the compound when we visited. If you have booked, you will be able to get in through the entrance facility.
