About
It has been said that the destiny of a person is written in their DNA...and this couldn't be more true for me. My father has been a tour guide for the last 55 years in Naples, Sorrento and Pompei Areas. He made the story of almost like the places that he shows to thousands of people everyday. My brother starts this activity 10 years ago as well, growing through beautiful sites and developing skills in tourism field. Here I'm... in my DNA i was already your personal driver across the wonders of south italy.

Great Service and Guide for our Amalfi Coast Tour!

We are a group of 3 older couples who engaged Gianluca for our day tour of Amalfi Coast. Gianluca is not only a great driver who effortlessly maneuver the small and winding roads of Amalfi Coasts but also acted as our tour guide with constant interesting information of the places as we passed by. His knowledge of the places of interest starting when we left Pompeii, all the way to Positano, Amalfi, Ravello, and all the small towns in between are amazing. He's also very hilarious guy with a great sense of humor who kept us laughing throughout our journey. We had a great time and everyone in our group were very satisfied of his service. Highly recommended!

Best experience in Amalfi and Pompei.

We did an Amalfi and Pompei Tour with Gianlucca. Our family, including 2 teenagers, had the time of our lives. He is a great story teller and took us to visit all the perfect spots, he is very courteous and will help you with any questions you have. The guide at Pompei was very knowledgeable and funny. We will a 100% take another tour in the future with Gianluca.

Fabulous, caring driver and tour guide

Gianluca provided us with amazing service on a last minute trip to the Amalfi Coast, and we would highly recommend him!

We were so fortunate to connect with Gianluca through a friend who had recently visited the area. We worked with him in advance of the trip by email and WhatsApp to arrange transfer by private car from Naples to Sorrento, a full day of touring the Amalfi Coast, and a fabulous private tour of Pompeii, with a transfer back to Naples.

Gianluca in effect acted as our unofficial travel consultant, helping us plan our schedule, and offering suggestions of what to do and where to shop and dine. His recommendations were excellent, and the communication was easy.

He drives a comfortable, clean Mercedes van, and did everything possible to accommodate us. We can’t recommend him highly enough!

We are a family traveling with teenagers. We had 2 driving tours with Gianluca: Amalfi Coast and Pompeii. I was glad I found him on google search. He is a highly experienced driver guide. His Mercedes van is quite new, always clean and fresh. The road along amalfi coast was very challenging, narrow and windy, yet he handled it like a breeze, steadily and prudently. I was also impressed by his immense patience and tolerance extended to those less skilled and experienced drivers / motorcyclists. He is a second generation in the business, which means his business network is very strong, evident in his impeccable arrangement of our airport transfer and Pompeii licensed guide. Absolutely recommend. With Gianluca, you can know you are in good hands.

Trust Gianluca for a great Amalfi tour!

Gianluca provides a variety special tour of the Amalfi Coast. We arranged this private tour for 4 some months ahead and were not disappointed!

We were on a Perillo bus tour and chose the Coast over Pompeii, which meant we took the train from Rome and met Gianluca at the Naples train station. We immediately found him to be a great communicator, with an immaculate Mercedes van.

Gianluca took us to all the important stops, directed us where to go while he waited. He also took us to a marvelous ceramic store on the way. Lastly, he took us to our hotel in Sorrento right on time.

5 stars for Gianluca!!

I’d highly recommend anyone to use Gianluca to travel around the Italian Amalfi Coast

We had an amazing day to the Amalfi coast, Positano and Ravello with Gianluca. He collected us from our hotel at 8.30 and we were out all day when he dropped us back to the Sorrento hotel around 4.30. His driving was great around the mountains and we all felt at ease. He was a wealth of information about the area and we all felt like the trip was great value for money. We visited all three places for a min of an hour. He suggested lunch at Ravello where we dined overlooking the sea. It was my favourite day of the holiday. I would definitely recommend him to anyone visiting this beautiful part of Italy. Thanks again Gianluca !

Amazing Day Trip to Amalfi Coast

My wife and I vacationed in Sorrento in early July 2021. We engaged Amalfidriverservice Day Tours for a day trip to the Amalfi Coast.
We were so pleased at the service provided by Gianluca Bianco. He was friendly, pleasant, very knowledgeable and informative. My wife and I both walk with canes, slowly; Gianluca was extremely understanding and helpful of our condition , accommodated our limitations , but yet showed us the best highlights of the Amalfi Coast.
We were so pleased that when Gianluca mentioned he had a brother, Sasha, that did tours of Pompeii, that we arranged for the following day for Ginaluca drove us to/from Pompeii, where Sasha provided a fantastic guided commentary as he guided us through the ruins.

Gianluca is the very best!!

We only had 2 days to spend on the Amalfi Coast and we chose to spend our first one with Gianluca and couldn't be more pleased with our decision!
His pre-planning email communications were always prompt and clear.
He picked us up at our Salerno hotel 10 mins early this morning for our 830a departure in a clean, new Mercedes V-series that was very comfortable for our family of 4.
When possible, he slowed down and allowed us to get out and take pictures along the coast, and was constantly pointing out interesting sights and sharing historical tidbits to make the drive even more enjoyable!
He was gracious enough to recommend ideal photo taking spots and even took several family pictures for us.
Our boys are 19 & 20 and you know how tough it is to please young men at that age and they both really had a great time with Gianluca as well.
If you're considering hiring a private driver to tour the Amalfi Coast & Pompeii with, I can't recommend Gianluca enough!

Best day of our cruise!!!!!

This was by far the best day of our 7 day cruise! Gianluca Bianco was wonderful! He was so kind, personable, professional and everything went perfectly smooth. His car was immaculate! He recommended a great place for lunch, was on time for pickups and gave us plenty of time at our stops. He made it so much fun and we felt like friends by the end of the day! He also had arranged a private tour of Pompeii for us with his brother as our private guide and that was perfect too!!! Thank you Gianluca for our amazing day!

Fantastic tour guide

Our tour guide, Gianluca Bianco was great. He was very knowledgeable of all the areas we visited, very personable, gave our group plenty of time at each stop, got us a separate tour guide of Pompeii at the last minute and made sure we were back at the cruise port in time. I would definitely recommend Amalfi Driver Service and Gianluca Bianco to anyone who wants a private tour of Sorrento, Pompeii, Pisatiano and especially the Amalfi Coast.
