We booked a boat tour last minute at their office in the old town. We were helped by a very kind man who was able to place us on a boat for the next morning (but we recommend booking in advance! We were lucky!).
The price for a day tour was fair and even a bit lower than the deals we had seen online. The boat company they work with was very professional and reliable. They picked us up just outside of our hotel in Sorrento.
The tour was great as we had about 1.5 hours to visit each town, with stops to see a few grottos, a small waterfall we were able to “shower” under and two stops of about 30-45
minutes for swimming in the sea. You can also swim at the beach at Amalfi, which was very cute and pretty. At Positano, the public beach was closed as a result of COVID but the private beach was open for a fee.
It wasn’t advertised on the package but the skipper gave the passengers tasty mozzarella-tomato-basil sandwiches and a limoncello farewell.
One of our favorite days of the trip!

We dropped into Sorrento Tourist Office agency by chance and decided to purchase two trips: a guided return day-trip from Sorrento via road to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello; and a day-trip to Capri to see Blue Grotto, the coast of the island by boat plus 5 hrs on the island. We really valued the advice provided to us by Roberto Giusti and loved the two trips he recommended and booked for us. Thanks Roberto for your friendly and genuine service plus your restaurant recommendations. We would definitely utilise your business again.

Booked 4 tours before arriving in Sorrento. Really helpful contact Via email to arrange, then paid from Uk to secure. We did a private tour of Herculaneum, went to Pizza School, Vesuvius and Wine Tasting then the Amalfi Drive the quality of all tours was amazing all operators were punctual at pick up, we have had a truly memorable family holiday. Roberto and the team are amazing, there was an issue with one of our bookings but this was rectified before we even knew it was happening, pretty slick !!! If you want quality service and quality tours These are your guys !!!!

Pino and Roberto where great very friendly and knowledgeable we did the Capri tour pick up at hotel boat tour around Capri drop off at marina Grande everything was organised and on time.
Would recommend Pino and Roberto and Kiko the dog who was really cute .

Very friendly and caring people. Tours were explained thoroughly and with a sense of humor. This was one of the tours we decided to go on, the views were spectacular and the tour guide was very friendly and talked us through the views as we drove around the beautiful coastline towns of Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. The 9 seater bus that we were on was fully air-conditioned and very comfortable. The experience was so good and affordable that we decided to go on another tour to Capri. Cannot speak highly enough of the Sorrento tourist office, we will definitely be back for tours in the future, top class!

Trips were well organised and ran smoothly, including pick-up from hotel. Staff were pleasant and made sure that everything was okay throughout. Would definitely book through them again! Visited both Capri and Amalfi :)

We booked three excursions with Pino and Roberto. All three were excellent days out and went exactly to plan. Much better value than trying to plan days out ourselves with every trip starting and finishing at our hotel or very nearby.
Our trips were to Capri. Walking tour of Naples and the Amalfi coast.
I would not hesitate to book excursions with this company they explained everything clearly we left confident our days out would be a success and they were.
If anyone is visiting Napoli then we would recommend the walking tour as this gives a taster of Napoli.
Coaches minibuses and boats they use are all very good.
Our trips were to Capri. Walking tour of Naples and the Amalfi coast.
I would not hesitate to book excursions with this company they explained everything clearly we left confident our days out would be a success and they were.
If anyone is visiting Napoli then we would recommend the walking tour as this gives a taster of Napoli.

Everything well organized, from the time we got the tickets, to arrival in Naples and departing for Capri: boat in very good and very welcoming and kind skipper. Capri is amazing and I advise everybody to visit it, particularly at this time of year, when it is not very busy (but beware of the Blue Grotto, which was closed due to the slightly choppy sea). The final touch was the limoncello tasting, offered by the skipper. Wonderful day, highly recommended!

My mother and I stumbled upon the Sorrento Tourist Office while shopping in Sorrento. We wanted to see the coast while we were staying in Sorrento for our holiday.
Upon entering we were greeted by Pico and Roberto. They were very helpful and friendly while helping us choose the right experience. We settled on a full day Amalfi Coast Tour by van (8 tourist total) with stops in Positano, Amalfi, and Ravello. The booking process was very easy and less expensive than other options we were looking into.
Flavio, our guide and driver, picked us up in front of our flat, on time. The van was clean and spacious once everyone was accounted for.
During our drive, Flavio provided us with lots of information about the area and pointed out many fun landmarks that we would have missed otherwise. We made quite a few little stops on our journey, mostly for beautiful photo ops. He was able to answer all of our questions and provide us with recommendations (like lunch, if it is not included in your tour).
Flavio was very personable and funny. We cannot say enough great things about him, he was the perfect guide!!
On the trip, we were given an hour in Positano, about 2 hours in Amalfi (we took the optional boat tour about 40 minutes, had lunch, AND had time to walk around) and an hour in Ravello.
The Sorrento Tourist Office provided us with a wonderful memorable day, that we will remember for a lifetime!
Pico and Roberto were so helpful in fact, that we went back to ask about a good transfer service to the Napoli train station, well it turns out they do that too! We happily booked our transfer with them, which was also less than other quotes we received.
Highly recommend! If I find myself in Sorrento again I will seek them out!
To find them in person, go to the clock tower in Sorrento and walk down the pedestrian shopping area towards the water, they will be a little more than half way down, look for the seahorse logo.
