Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Very pleasant area of streets with some nice shops, cafes, bars, restaurants. The main street is Via Chiaia which is near Piazza del Plebiscito.

This area of Naples definitely had a classier feel to it and was more upscale although it still had that 'Naples' feel .The area has history with a number of notable old buildings and the shops were better quality than you find in via Toledo or the older part of Naples.Worthy of a stroll through.

Via Chiaia is a great street to see a different side of Naples. It’s calmer, quieter, and a bit cleaner. Start your stroll at the Piazza Trieste e Trento and take time to wander the many inviting side streets. You’ll see the Ponte Chiaia, and the Monument to the Martyrs. Along the way you’ll find a great selection of shops and cafes.

More upscale than the area around Via Toledo, this street is also a shopping street.
Great place to have a stroll.

A change of pace from the many tiny streets of Naples, Via Chiaia is a little wider, a little less crowded and filled with a higher class of shops. There's plenty of interest beyond shops along the route, and it makes for a useful transit from one part of town to another, easier to move along than either the packed-out sidestreets or the traffic-slammed main roads. A lovely shady stroll on a warm day.

The street is full of designer shops and you can see their clients walking in the street. The difference between the dress code in this area and other streets is clear.
There is another lift in this street and we went up to see where it would take us (and just for the fun of it).

Elegant city street in the center reserved for shopping, shopping and restaurants. Together with Via Toledo it is one of the streets in Naples that I liked the most.

It 's always a pleasure to return to Naples experiencing this beautiful street of the Neapolitan center. Several activities present and beautiful atmosphere that you breathe.

A street with nice shops, there is no shortage of bars and refreshment points, but frankly it is just a transit road for Piazza Plebiscito, Town Hall, San Carlo, etc. I enjoyed Via Toledo more, where you live and know Naples...

The shopping street of Naples.
It starts near Piazza del Plebiscito and connects to the maritime area.
Full of commercial activities and tourists practically all year round.
One of the shopping streets par excellence.
