Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Easy to find, easy to navigate and the Escher exhibition was quite one of the best I've ever attended. Naples seems full of exhibitions these days it's most exciting to see my beautiful Naples shaking off its dirty and seamy past to emerge as a real tourist destination, at last! I hope that all future exhibits are as good as this one.

This is a brand-new palace open for modern and contemporary exhibitions in the heart of Naples, easy getting there through the funicolare of Chiaia.
I was there just once for the Escher exhibitions and was extremely surprised by the organization, the staff and the beauty of the palace.
If you have the chance to be around the city and to be interested in the current exhibition, I invite you to go to see another face of Naples and its art.
Averaged price for this kind of attractions (8-10 euros).

Informative interactive exhibition about the life and works of M C Escher is worth an hour or two of your time. Charting his travels, influences and the development of his techniques, this exhibition impressed and amazed us in equal measure. It goes on to cover his influence and legacy. There are several interactive areas where you can experiment with tessellation and perspective. The entrance fee was €13,00 with an audio guide. Not a "must-see" but certainly fascinating.

This museum is very interesting, is located in a historic building in a neighborhood of Naples, very elegant and easily accessible. The museum regularly hosts exhibitions of modern art, we visited Warhol together with hundreds of people.

Fondation Miro in Barcelona is the other half of this artist gift to us, if you get a chance and you like his stuff, go, otherwise if limited in time, it's not easy to find or easy to look at.

I was very impressed with how well this exhibit was organized. I was surprised and delighted at all the hands-on activities for adults and kids. Fun and fasciinating. Make sure to get the audio which is also excellent at explaining Escher's progress in art and each of the exhibits.

We were looking forward to seeing the Dali exhibit, but were very disappointed. They have no painting from Dali. This exhibit is about his ability to get attend and press coverage. It’s all in Italian, which wasn’t a problem. The charge is Euro 10 per person. Not worth the time and absolutely not worth the price.

Yes … I’ve titled my review ‘why have they no toilet roll in this building’ as it amazed me that in every toilet there was no toilet roll. In the end we asked one of staff if they could get some and they shrugged and said ‘I’m sorry I can’t help you’ … at least they had the grace to look embarrassed I guess! … but … why would there not be any in the whole building?
Weird … but moving on … I have to agree with the previous reviewer about the lack lustre Dali exhibition on show. Yes, it’s mainly picture boards about his life, which I grant you is interesting, in that self publicist kind of way that the man lived … but there isn’t hardly any art at all and it’s not worth the entrance fee …. and you’d need to bring your own toilet roll if you needed to use the toilet!

Ended my lovely day in Chiaia district here . The palazzo itself is lovely inside and there are a couple of free Art Galleries to wander through showing some fine local painting.
However I expected more from the Dali exhibition. For 10 euros entrance , I thought we really would have had some major works of art to enjoy. Not so.
Mainly lots of information about the man himself and some films and a few paintings.
Maybe trips to fine museums in Catalonia and Madrid have spoiled me. Tant pis- can't expect everything to be perfect.
