This was going to be my first trip to Rome. A friend of mine mentioned that I should get someone to show me around. I was skeptical at first but then thought well I had limited time and wanted to make use of it as much as possible. My friend put me in contact with Rahul. We exchanged phone numbers and he said he will take care of it. When I reached Rome, I let him know we ( I and my siblings) had arrived. Rahul arranged for us to meet the next day at Collosseum. When we got there, I thought OMG! how are we ever going get the tickets and make it through the lines. Enter Rahul Raghavan. He was our tour educator for an amazing experience of Colosseum, Vatican Museum ,Sistine Chapel, St. Peters Basilica and other spots in Rome. He had arranged everything for us. We just breezeed through securities and lines. Actually I kind of felt like a VIP. He came so prepared with his tablet and explained everything single thing to us. His in-depth knowledge and expertise in Roman history was very impressive. Our visit to the Vatican was so special because of him. He explained each painting, art, as we moved through. I could go on and on praising Rahul. I met him as a tour educator but left as a friend. I will forever be grateful to him and I look forward to my next visit. Here is the thing, if you go to Rome and not contact Rahul. You will miss it. I would highly recommend Rahul. I and my siblings would like to thank Odyssey Tours and Rahul for everything. Until next time my friend.....

My wife and I utilized the services of European Odyssey Tours. Rahul is the operator and was our tour educator during an incredible tour of the Vatican Museum, Vatican, Sistine Chapel, and Saint Peter's Basilica. Our "Skip the Line" tour was brilliant. Rahul, an expert in history, art history, Italian culture, and general information, provided detailed insight that created a truly remarkable experience. I cannot adequately express our appreciation for his professionalism, knowledge, incredible presentation techniques, insight, friendship, and genuine concern that we have the best experience touring the Vatican and beyond. Rahul comes to the tour equipped with a tablet and additional material to provide unparalleled information to our small group (there were a total of seven people in our group). He provides background anecdotal information about the amazing sights that other tours simply do not, and probably cannot, provide. In addition, when we asked Rahul to assist us in locating an English speaking driver for the day to take us out of Rome for a truly "off the beaten path" once in a lifetime trip to the dying city of Bagnoregio, Bomarzo, and Oviedo, he connected us with Leonardo. Leonardo was the best. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and will go out of his way to provide the best in quality service. He drives a beautiful Mercedes 300E which he maintains in impeccable condition. Rahul cautioned us that Leonardo's English was not perfect. I disagree. Leonardo's English was perfect. Leonardo became a trusted friend during our few days with him. Again, I cannot express my deepest appreciation for Rahul and Leonardo. If you are planning on going to the Rome and do not contact Rahul at European Odyssey Tours, you are making a huge mistake. Sam and Debbie K.

Europe Odyssey Tours organized a private car to meet us at the Naples train station, provided a guide for a private tour of Pompeii and the delivered us to our hotel in Sorrento. Flawless! The tour was wonderful and the driver provided was top notch. A great afternoon! These guys really went out of their way to make things simple and their planning and communications were great. Highly recommend

My family and I truly enjoyed the tour.
Despite the crowds our guide really knew how to insure we saw everything without waiting in lines. Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and our guide really cared about insuring we had an exceptional experience. We saw and learned so much. Fabulous!

My wife, son and I very much enjoyed the tour. Guide was extremely knowledgeable, easy to understand and insightful. No lines and no hassles despite it being a very busy time of year. Amazing! Highly recommend.

Rahul was excellent! His knowledge of the history of the Vatican was very impressive. He provided some fun and insightful background information beyond the basic facts. He also did a great job of helping our small group navigate the very busy buildings. I was able to ask questions and chat directly with Rahul which allowed for a more enriching experience.

Rahul Raghavan provided a personal tour for our group of 8 over three days. He was extremely well organized and informative in his tours, besides being a warm and true gentleman with all of us. We had a large agenda for him and he kept us going through the sites to capture it all. His knowledge of Rome was complete and English language was perfect with great enthusiasm and enunciation for our senior group. Rome has so much history, art and architecture that three days was not enough time to properly see all the sites, but he managed us beautifully to get as much done as we requested. We will hopefully be able to return one day and we certainly be booking with Rahul.

We are arriving on June 6 from Cusco on an Inca Rail train, leaving Olantaytambo at 720am, arriving I assume in Machu Picchu at 8:48am and would like to drop off our luggage at your hotel and quickly get up to the top of Machu Picchu. We already have our Machu Picchu tickets for 6/6 and 6/7.. Is this feasible?
How far are you from the Inca Rail train station? Is it feasible to walk our luggage to your hotel and store it for the day? THen where do we go to get transport up to the top of Machu Picchu? Your suggestions would be most appreciated.

I visited a website for "Touriocity" -- some type of intermediary -- ahead of our actual travels. You sign up/identify the types of tours your want and tour companies send proposals with details, pricing, etc. You then select what you want from those proposals. Search for them.
That said, I am SURE that you can search for Europe Odyssey Tours' website and book ahead of time, directly with them.
