Let's Make 6 Kinds of Homemade Pizza I started to make pizza when I was 21 years old and I went to work in one of the best pizzeria in Rome for 1 year. But till that age I was learning many “tricks” from my mother who is an excellent cook. I learnt how to make light pizza and the taste is original the south of Italy and I can call it “light south Italian pizza”. I like to cook and share my experience with friends and I often do it with my mother specially when we prepare home made pizza.
