Great guide, slightly toppy price but we all enjoyed

We had a great guide which I'm sure makes the difference. Many have reported this as very bad but this must be based on different operators because it's certainly not bad. The... read more

These jerks told us they were selling a tour and then sold us only a ticket to the Vatican. We had to wait 20 minutes before they took us over because they were too busy scamming other tourists, they conveniently decided to take us right when we asked for a refund.

Overpriced. Poor service. (They are quite nice when they are getting your money, but terrible after) Paid extra for a smaller group with a max of 25 - actual number was 36. Too much waiting at the beginning of the Vatican tour - then the guide rushed through the rest and was hard to keep up with at a few... More

This is our second trip to Rome and can highly rate all other tours we have been on. This however was simply rubbish! The woman leading the tour did not know anything about the artefacts in the Vatican. We learnt NOTHING! She was hopeless! Everyone on the tour commented how bad is was!! We ended up going back in and... More

Overpriced. Terrible customer service. Owner/Manager Mustafuur was possibly the worst service provider I have ever come across. Stay away from this company. Normal entry to the Vatican Museum is 16 EUR. They charge 46 as the lowest (student) price and I think 56 for an adult admission to their tour. They will lie to you and tell you that waiting... We had a great guide which I'm sure makes the difference. Many have reported this as very bad but this must be based on different operators because it's certainly not bad. The price of our tour was 51 euros per person. If you compare this to the face value of 16 euros then you're not being reasonable. Firstly this gives... More

A guy will approach you in front of the entrance and will try to explain the advantages of taking a VIP pass with his agency he will do quick math to convince you that's it's better and quicker for you to take the VIP pass. It will offer you an English guide that will stay with you for 2,5 hours... More

Rimoncaran tours have made some very impressive steps over recent months, especially considering how they have had to reinvent themselves since new owners and staff have taken over the company. They are offering very competitive tours of both Vatican City and The Colosseum, as well as always offering reasonably sized tour groups which maximises the enjoyment and experience we as... More

They say "skip the line" have you come back in an hour, for us they said come back at 11:30, then said they made a mistake and forced us to wait until 12:45. You pay an extra 60 Euro to be in a group of 20 people with a guide that speaks through a low quality radio. They did nothing... More

The tour of the Vatican Museum, Sistine Chapel and St Peters was dreadful. It was supposed to be two and a half hours but one hour of that was waiting around while the guide sorted out the tickets. HIs English was not that good and the only thing he really knew a lot about or seemed to be interested in... More
