Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Daniele our driver, was waiting for us as we got out. He was courteous, funny and knowledgeable about the region's history and culture. He made us feel comfortable. He offer suggestions and ask for ours. He was there to please and to make sure we had the best day possible. And so we did.
We went to Sorrento to buy legit Italian made garments and to Positano for lunch, where we had the best Caprese salad ever. The tomatoes, the mozarella, the oil, the vinegar, everything was fresh. They make their own pasta daily.
At Pompey we left our bags in the car, and realized we did not have money to buy tickets. We called him back, and he returned promptly.
We had two other shore excursions, but with Daniele we felt he was an old friend showing us his birthplace. He never show any signs of boredom or impatience.
I totally recommend RomeinLimo without any reservations.

I booked two (2) trips with this company, and all went without a hitch. Great services, and very friendly driver - he was awesome.

We had a large group, and booked 2 different trips (1 from Rome - tour of Siena, lunch at Chiante vineyard, and brief stop at San Gimignano, and last transfer from Rome to the cruise port).

Everything went great - our driver and guide was excellent, spoke English very well, and provided information regarding each stop (including some history).

The prices were also very good.

I highly recommends this company.

I found another car transfer services for slightly lower price but decided on Rome Limousine Plus because it takes you past the cruise gate. This is VERY IMPORTANT as we saw passengers lugging their luggage since the service they took did not have a permit to go beyond the gate. This would be fine if you have no luggage but dragging your luggage for 500-1000 meters is not fun. Rome Limo Plus took us to the dock and we checked in right there and got onto our cruise.

The driver, Marco, showed up on time at the hotel in Rome to pick us up. He did the same and met us at the cruise terminal when we got off to take us to the airport. Everything was smooth and professional!

Side note: You do need to put a deposit down for them to pick you up at the cruise port since it's a bit of a drive for them to come from Rome. You pay the balance at your destination be it the airport or Rome.

We were a group of 6 on a cruise visiting Livorno (Pisa & Florence) for 2 days and Civitiveccia (Rome) as final destination. Rome Limousine Plus was highly recommended by my friend so I contacted Pierpaolo Palla via emails to make arrangement for our private tour. When we arrived the port of Livorno, our driver Marco was there waiting for us with a spotless and comfortable van. Marco was knowledgeable, showing us all the important highlights and "must see" monuments; on top of that he was a very good driver knowing the routes inside out. We had a great time at Pisa and finished the day with fun filled shopping at The Mall. Marco picked us up the following day and we spent a leisure day at Florence and the Accademia. The cruise ended at the port of Civitiveccia and Marco dropped 4 of us at the airport before continuing to take the remaining group of 2 to sightseeing tour in Rome; and then pick them up 2 days later from the hotel to airport.
Thanks to Pierpaolo and his team for a wonderful time in Italy. I would definitely book with
Pierpaolo again for my future visits.

This year we did a Mediterranean Cruise on the Regal Princess and decided to book three of our Italy tours with Romelimousineplus. I had read the great reviews about the company on trip advisor. I contacted Pierpaolo Palla and explained what we wanted to do and after a few emails back and forth he arranged for our tours in Italy.

Our first tour started in Napoli where our ship ported. Our Driver Geworo was there waiting. He was very professional and polite. He had a sign with our name so we could find him and he welcomed us, introduced himself and we were off on our tour in a very clean car. He explained where he would start our tour which included the Amalfi Coast, Positano, Sorrento, and Pompeii. He explained and showed important highlights along the way and allowed us to ask questions. Our first stop was the beautiful Amalfi Coast which was breath taking. We had time to take pictures and take in the beauty all around us. We then headed to Positano taking pictures along the way. Next was Sorrento where we had time to stretch our legs had lunch took pictures and did some shopping. Next we drove to Pompeii to tour the ruins. Geworo explained where to enter the ruins and where he would be waiting for us when we were finished. At the end of our tour of the ruins we met him waiting for us. He then took us to sample some limoncello at the limoncello factory. After that we were on our way back to the ship. It was a wonderful day and we enjoyed the tour very much.

The next day the shipped docked in Chivitavecchia and we were ready for our tour of Rome. Our driver was Pierto and he was there on time and waiting for us as we disembark. He introduced himself welcomed us to Rome and we were off. Pierto was a wonderful host. He explained everything and asked if we had any questions. Our first stop was St. Paul’s Basilica outside the walls of Rome. Pierto was very knowledgeable and explained the history of the Basilica. After the Basilica he took us to see the key hole at the Knights of Malta Piazza again explaining the history which was very fascinating. We then visited the Palatine hill, the forum Capitoline Hill, Colosseum, the Spanish steps, the Pantheon, the Vatican and Lastly the Fontana Dell”Acqua Paola (known as the big fountain). Finally it was time for us to head back to the ship after a very informative and enjoyable day. Back at port we said our goodbyes to Pierto and he wished us a safe journey.

The next day we ported in Livorno for our tour of Florence and Pisa. Our driver was Michele and of course he was waiting for us with his mini Van which was immaculate. After introductions we were on our way. Our first stop was Florence. Here we visited the Florence Leather school where we watched the making of leather Items. After that we visited the Beautiful Basilica di’ Santa Croce which is adjoining the leather school. The Basilica was simply amazing; there apart from its beauty it housed tombs of some of the most amazing people such as Michelangelo and Galileo to name a few. We then moved on to visit the Academia Museum which was another amazing place. We then visited the Piazza Della Signoria which is the square with the house the Uffizi museum as well as the Statue of David and many others. We had time for shopping at Ponte Vecchio. After shopping it was time for lunch.
After lunch it was time to head to Pisa for more sightseeing. Arriving in Pisa and seeing the leaning tower which captivates you and takes your breath away. Alongside the leaning tower is the Duomo, the medieval Cathedral the Baptistery and the Camposanto. After taking all there was and getting some shopping done it was time to meet our driver and head back to port.

Our tours ended with much knowledge delight, laughter and fun. So a big thank you to Pierpaolo and his drivers for giving us a vacation in Italy that we will always remember and will not hesitate to recommend to anyone who wants to visit Italy.

On our Holland America mediteranean cruise we signed up for three excursions with Romelinousineplus. I had always selected the Holland America excursions before and this was the first time I ventured out to other vendors. So I was a bit nervous about how things were going to be. I did my research on tripadvisor and signed up with romelimousineplus. Well, it was trouble free. Guides were waiting on time and car was comfy and cool. Guides were friendly, flexible and knowledgeable. The cost for two of the trips was bit more than Holland but then we didn't have to ride a bus, we had our own private guide, and we were pretty much on our own schedule. From now own, this is the way we are going to go. We took tours to Rome, to Pompeii and to Pisa. The private excursion to Pisa was even cheaper than the Holland American group tour. On the trip to Pompeil, when we arrived, we realized we failed to bring our credit card and money, the driver drove us back to the boat to pick it up and then we continued on our trip. He was so polite and did not mind the trip back through town at all. If we had been on a bus, well, we would have been out of luck. You won't go wrong choosing Romelimousineplus.

I booked a transfer from Civitiveccia to Rome airport for our group of 6 following a cruise. Anyone arriving at this port knows how hectic it can be, people milling about and luggage everywhere . Our driver cut through it all like a knife through butter! We were away in no time and our journey was smooth and trouble free. The large air conditioned van was comfortable with plenty of room for our mountain of bags. We would highly recommend this company.

We decided to begin our trip in Naples after we booked a flight to Rome. While it might have been less expensive to take public transportation and train from Rome Airport to central Naples (several trains, several cabs) and wasting a whole day of our trip and extremely tired from the overnight flight, our small group decided to book Rome Airport to central Naples with Romelimousinesplus. We could not have been more satisfied with this decision. While not the least expensive way to go, we were met right at the airport arrivals, by the courteous and knowledgeable driver and an immaculate car parked close to the terminal. We were dropped off at the door to our hotel and had most of the day to check out Naples.
