There are so many churches, that one has to prioritise which ones to see. This one made the list, as we are fans of Bernini, we also enjoyed the very ornate interior.

Relatively simple church by Rome standards. But still a nice place to poke your head in for a look. Some nice paintings and a chapel designed by Bernini.

This church has an unusual facade - very simple - and the interior has several interesting points, including a chapel designed by Bernini with a typically expressive bust.

in the midst of the main shopping area of Rome, it would be easy to miss this secondary church, lacking a bit of attractiveness in the facade. the interior is significantly better, if not stunning and I was particularly impressed by the wooden ceiling.

As with many Basilica in Rome this is so different form the churches in the UK. The colours are fantastic and the feeling is so good. This is well worth a visit.

One of the oldest churches in Rome, and competition in that field is tight here! Set on a very nice piazza. Lush interior with smashing ceiling.
