We booked this trip as a bit of fun, my husband, me and our 2 sons.... who are 26 and 23!!! I think they guy's face fell a little when he saw their age as I don't think we fit the usual family ID. We absolutely loved it. Great history lesson in their mini museum. We knew what to expect... More

We thoroughly enjoyed spending a couple of hours with our kids at this school (age 9 and 11). Our wonderful teacher Jiacomo was entertaining and enthusiastic for the whole 2 hours, got us really involved and taught us a lot about gladiators. Top tip is bring insect repellent...we were eaten alive!

I recently took my 8 yr old son to Gladiator School, and although he was a lone student, he still had a blast. They have an impressive display of paraphernalia, which he enjoyed trying on. His instructor was fun and engaging, and he learned a lot about both Roman soldiers and gladiators. I wish I had known ahead of time... More

We went so the kids could be gladiators for a day. Our trainer Emanuele was an enormous man who teaches 7 different types of martial arts. He knew his history about the gladiators and the first hour was learning about gladiators, but it was so intriguing and interactive that we were all engaged the whole time. Emanuele is really a... Was a great experience, children loved it, Emmanuel was a top man with the children and gave us all ( Nonna, mom and dad ) free tour and talk about the roman soldiers and gladiators. Great little museum attached.

As a former tae kwon do instructor, I had to check this place out! It's definitely more geared toward kids and beginner martial artists but I enjoyed myself immensely! The instructor knows his history and also his fighting skills, having little weapons experience, it was a nice refresher for me from an intro Kali class I took many years ago.... More

Toured Rome and Venice with my kids and grandkids. GLADIATOR SCHOOL was the highlight! This high compliment comes from us adults watching, and each of the kids, aged 5-14 We went to class after a morning at the Colosseum. Perfect! Our instructor was top notch, got the kids involved in the history, practice and pride of the gladiators. After the... More

What an expirience, the team is so passionate of what they are doing and it pulls you in. You feel like back in time when rules were different. I can strongly recommend it for kids but also adults will like it. An experience I definitely don't want to miss.

The three of us, including 8 year old daughter, went here for the 5-7 session. It was fantastic fun. We spent the first hour in the museum learning about Roman warriors and gladiators and learnt so much. Our instructor was very focused on our daughter which was brilliant. She tried on real gladiator helmets and held swords! He pitched it... More

Beloved, our instructor, was wonderful! I realllly enjoyed being a spectator. My two boys, ages 7 and 11 loved it as did my husband. The boys really wanted to go again the next day. She was so much fun and so enthusiastic. We learned a lot about the life and times of a Gladiator. They got to try on replica... More
