About
Paciotti is the reference point in Rome in the area of salumi, cheeses and italian food specialities in general. Inside the shop you will find a huge selection of Italian delicacies such as cheeses, salamis, hams, wines, spirits, balsamic vinegar and truffle products. In addition, we also make vacuum packs, to deliver products to all over the world without any problems.

Best Shop In Roma!!
Aug 2021 • Friends
All I can say is wow. Not only is the food the best I have ever tasted; I loved the family owned experience — this market was created by Antonio and now run by his 3 sons. We first met the oldest son, Roberto, during our food/wine tour and he was wonderful. He had lots of jokes and fun stories, he was such a ham (pun intended)! We had their buffalo mozzarella, pecorino, various types of prosciutto, and Prosecco. All the best I’ve had and will forever be engraved in my taste buds. Later in our trip to Rome we went back to the shop to get items for a picnic and Roberto immediately recognized us and made us feel at home. Then we met the youngest brother, Luca, who was just as amazing. He helped us pick out items for our picnic and has us smiling the whole time. I can’t say enough about this shop and this family.

If you come to Rome you HAVE to put this at the top of your to-do list. It’a the quintessential Roman experience owned by a wonderful family. Please enjoy!!

Tell them Ana and Maria sent you :)

Must taste!
Aug 2021
We stopped here as part of a culinary tour of Rome and were absolutely delighted! We tasted cheeses, balsamic vinegar (30 yrs old!), prosciutto of various sorts, incredible pesto, and the Prosecco was amazing! The family that owns the shop knows every story and ingredient of every product, and will be happy to give you pointers or wrap things for the long way home. Do not miss this!

Italian food heaven
Jul 2021 • Couples
It was a pleasure to visit the store. They have the most delicious food and it looks like an italian food heaven. The owner and his son are very kind people and will help you to find your perfect match. I think its the best shop to find real italian delicasies.

Definitely a place to visit for all the cheese and meat lovers
Jul 2021 • Friends
I circled the Vatican by foot in order to reach this place, it was worth it.
It has a big variety of cheese, different from pictures here, tastes very good, definitely a treat.
Roberto, one of the crew was very helpful, nice and patient with a lot of knowledge to share.

Personalized Experience
May 2021
Stefano, Roberto, and Luca would delightfully assist you in all your needs. They have such a friendly and homey atmosphere. They even called us by our names when talking or asking us questions. When you enter the shop, you are greeted by hanging pork legs. I was so overwhelmed by the quality of choices - it made me cry to think that I only had to choose a few! I envy the locals who can buy here every day and taste almost all their products!

A must stop when visiting Rome. My wife an I are a little odd. When we travel we love visiting local food stores as it is part of experiencing the local cuisine. Our visit back in 2017 is still something we reminisce about. The three brothers and father made our visit wonderful. And the products are top notch including the biscotti's. We purchased the full makings for a picnic which we enjoyed in our room and balcony back at the Cavalieri Hotel. Our visit was capped off by them calling a cab and the father waving to us as we drove off.

What a quality!
Oct 2020
This amazing family business is a true gem! The quality is so high, we just ate their products instead of going to restaurants or cafes. You can feel and taste how much they love what they do and how much value they put to high quality.

Apparently they source their products from special, small farms which also put high quality in priority, so you truly get the best possible product. We so gladly went here almost every day, to try as many things as possible.

Everything we tried at Paciotti was like nothing we tasted before, although we always try to find the best cheese and ham in town.

Luca, Roberto and Stefano were super friendly and helpful with our decisions and suggested amazing salami or cheese to try. They really go the extra mile to ensure perfect customer service! We really enjoyed just talking to them!

We keep telling everyone about this store and even gift our friends with their products. They also ship abroad including USA, so we will keep ordering from them.

Oct 2020 • Couples
We were looking of a aplace to buy local products and we ended up there.

We bought some mozzarella di buffala, some ham, some olives, wine etc.
Everything was delicious!
The team is verry nice and will take as much time as necesary to advise you, explante the differences between several products, and wrap it carefully if you want to bring them back home.
They make us laught so much! The team is verry friendly.
We would recommande this place to anyone.

Special mention to the wine advice: yes it was verry good and yes it was verry aphrodisiac. 😂

My husband and I came here as a stop on a food tour but our experience here was so incredible that we had to write a separate review. The family owned shop was such a delicious and fun experience. If you are looking for an authentic, incredible Italian shop then you have to come here!
