I can't begin to tell you what a relief it was to have had such positive experiences with Roma Limousine. First, I emailed them in advance of our recent cruise and Louis responded with confirmations (and humored me reconfirming my reconfirmation emails) for a RT private transfer from Rome to the cruise terminal in Civitavecchia. The thing about using a licensed car service like Roma is that they have a permit allowing them to drop off and pick up directly at the terminal. Cabs and private cars have to drop passengers off outside the cruise terminal at a shuttle station.
The driver what's apped me the morning of the pick up for our cruise asking if they could slightly adjust the pick up time from 9:00am to 9:15am. We were flexible and didn't need to vacate our airbnb so no problem. He arrived at 9:15 on the dot!
I wasn't sure what time we would be off the ship and couldn't check into our next airbnb until 10:30am so I told them we should plan on a pick up from the cruise terminal between 9:00am-9:30am. Got another What's app text the morning we docked telling me our driver would be there by 9:20am. And he was! Side note: Our ship arrived in port at 5:30am and started the disembarkation process about 6:30am. Most passengers were off the ship between 7:30-8:30am and the rest of us got kicked off the ship at 9:00am.
Since this RT transport went so well I made arrangements with them for a 6:00am pick up to take us to FCO the following week. The driver was at our door and loading luggage at 5:55am!
So, if you're not pinching pennies, peace of mind is priceless when needing reliable, time sensitive transportation. I highly recommend this company.

We used this service 4 times during our stay in Rome. prior to arriving in Rome, my initial booking was all done via email with Louis Sargenti, he always answered my questions in a timely manner . When we arrived Rome, communication was done via WhatsApp both by the company and the drivers. All 4 drivers were professional, drove safely and on time. My only complaint was that one car was filled with cigarette smoke when we were picked. Overall I would recommend Roma Limousine Car Service,

I loved this. Our flight arrived late and I did not fancy dragging my daughters through Termini station when we were all tired or being ripped off by a taxi service. We agreed the price in advance. The taxi driver was waiting, with my name, she carried my bag and we walked a short distance to the Mercedes van to be taken to our hotel in central Rome. I paid her the agreed cash as we left the car. We were assigned a lady driver. I don't know if this was deliberate as we were a mother and 2 daughter group - but either way, it was nice to have a woman driver when you're in an unknown city.

Excellent service!! Driver was on time and kept in contact with us via Whatsapp. Much cheaper than a cab for a group of 8.

Our limousine was comfortable, on time, had bottled water for us and if you book it 48 hours before it is the same or cheaper than a cab. The driver took our luggage, opened the car doors and was very polite. Forget the others. These guys are the professionals.

We've used this company a couple of times on different trips. Their drivers are professional and friendly, cars are new and clean. Highly recommend.

Our First Family trip to Rome and Roma Limousine did an amazing job. The driver was on time and professional. He helped us with pick up and drop off from the airport to the hotel and offered a beautiful scenic route giving a tour of the city. They knew exactly where to go and helped ease our worry. I would definitely use them again.

We were 3 couples at 2 different hotels in Rome and needed transportation to the cruise port to board our cruise. Roma Limousine easily handled our request and kept us informed about any delays due to traffic. They picked us up and delivered us right to the ship as promised.

Roma Limosine Car Service quotes 45e for 2 with 2 small luggage from airport to Rome center. Do they honor their quotes? Do they really track your fight for delays or early arrivals? I am planning a trip to Rome from Newark NJ. Where do they pick you up? At the place marked Meetng Place in terminal 3? How reliable are they?

Hello, I will be travelling to Rome for the first time 23 June with my husband, we will be on our honeymoon!! Just wanted to check is it better to wait until a few days before we leave to book a Transfer from the airport to the hotel? We have had a few changes made to our arrival time, I don't want to book and pay for a transfer, then there be a delay in our flights??
can someone please recommend the best thing to do?

Roma Limousine Car Service is an excellent company. You can make reservation a few days before your flight. If it's delay, the driver will wait for you. The company doesn't charge you in advance, you'll pay directly to the driver.
