Laura is a very good guide! Showing us some interesting parts of Rome that is not so well known, and telling us about Rome's history.

I did a few tours so far with Alessandro and I really liked all of them. There is a good atmosphere and Allesandro is a great guide.

Laura was our guide for the free walking tour. Before this tour, we had two other paid tours (Pompei & Vatican), and I have to say that this tour was the highest quality tour! Laura was passionate, knowledgeable, and informative. Her tour was very engaging (unlike other guided tours that we had where tour guides appeared that they dragged themselves... More

This was our third free walking tour in Rome and we definetly liked this one the most. We were a relatively small group of seven. The guide, Laura, was sympatic and seemed professional as well very didicated. With this tour you get a lot of information and see sides the normal tours don't show you.

I was on walking tour in Garbatella with Alessandro, cool atmosphere, very interesiting commentary, the place itself also has its charm. I'm totally checking their other projects, especially with this guide. Ciao!

Alessandro is incredibly knowledgeable about Rome, and has great stories that make the city come alive in a magical way. I highly recommend for any history nerds, anyone who wants to see some of the underappreciated parts of Rome, or just want to hear great friendly and intelligent storytelling.

Staying in Aventine

Neighbourhood Profile
Aventine
Contrary to the chaos of the city, the Aventine is Rome’s oasis. A neighbourhood made up of a patchwork of ancient churches, hidden gardens, private homes and embassies, peace and quiet is top priority and the vibe definitely friends and family. Take a walk around the Aventine and you’ll find a treasure hunt of surprises like the clever little keyhole at the Knights of Malta entrance (the only place you’ll find a line) along with Parco Savello (Giardino degli Aranci) next to the ancient Santa Sabina church. Keep your eyes on the 1960s architecture, several modern buildings are built atop Rome’s original 4th century BC wall.
