A great way to get from the airport to Rome. We took the bus to the Vatican side of Rome and the hotel was a 2 minute walk with the Vatican a 20 stroll. Nice friendly staff selling tickets and drivers.

You can get on any bus. It doesn’t matter what time is on ticket. As long as the ticket is used before 28 days from your arrival date then your ticket is valid. I’ve just used this shuttle service and I know this is correct.
