Eden was one of the highlights of our trip to Rome. Instructions on meeting him were clearly emailed. It was a 3 hour walk through the Vatican, and though we usually never use a guide, this was a welcome change, since we would not have received 10% of the information that Eden gave us from a guidebook. His descriptions of... More

Our family, including two teenagers who knew nothing about the Vatican, were thoroughly entranced with Grant's Vatican tour in mid-March. He was obviously extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the Vatican, but managed to package a great deal of history into fun, funny, entertaining and enriching dialogue, while still conveying an excellent sense of the sweep and deep significance of... On the afternoon of March 23, 2009 my family had the pleasure of having a tour of the Vatican by Grant Eden of Eden Walks. This was our first trip to Rome by my wife, daughter and oldest granddaughter. Grant was not only informative about all the important items he was able to add personal insight to the items. At... He was brilliant..so friendly! The tour was 3hours long but you dont feel the time go...Grant had so much information but it was all... More

Grant was a great guide for both the Sunset and Vatican Tours. He was very knowledgeable on the history of Rome and came across very enthusiastically. He speaks very quickly so English has to be your first language or you may find it hard to follow. Both tours were great and worth doing. It doesn't matter which you do first... More

Me and my boyfriend just came back from Rome and couldn't wait to write our review for the Sunset tour with Eden Walks . Grant, the kind and humorous guy giving the tour, was absolutely fantastic. Not caring about time, he gave us a three hour duration tour, going through all the important and famous spots of Rome's centre. Time... More

March, 2009 We highly recommend Eden Tours. We took the "Rome at Sunset Tour" earlier this month. Grant, our guide, showed us places that we had missed on our previous visits. He also made it interesting and fun. We came away with a lot of information that we could never get in a guide book. If we return to Rome,... More

Vatican Museums are so huge you could get lost and spend days in it!! So when on a weekend break, the best option is to take a tour, have the highlights picked out and explained. But what made this extra special was the knowledge, enthusiasm and love of the subject matter our tour guide Max displayed. Giving us a potted... More

I recently went on a tour with Eden Walks for their Vatican Tour. Grant had some illness which prevented him from giving the tour so we had his partner at Eden Walks, I forgot his name, giving the tour. He was absolutely fantastic. Not caring about time, he gave us 3hr 40mins of his time going through all the important... More
