Ordered LTR in advance of our trip and even though our flight was 25min early, driver was waiting. Well presented, polite and most importantly, a good safe driver. No hesitation in recommending LTR.

We used LTR on 4 occasions during our recent trip to Rome. When picked up from the airport and the cruise port, it was very easy to locate our driver, Sergio. Price was the best we could find, as well!

Sergio provided us with great service and communication for our transfers. We easily fit 4 people and 8 suitcases in a very nice van.

Got into a jam with another transfer company but Serena was great. Less than 12 hrs before arriving I was able to confirm with Serena transportation. Communication was excellent, met the driver no problem and price was great. Will definitely use them again and should have booked with them first !!

Driver was there and waiting for us with a sign at the airport and promptly drove us to our AirBnB. Van was nice and he took our luggage for us to the van during the short walk from the arrival area.

The driver was waiting outside customs even though we were very early and ahead of schedule. Polite, personable and an excellent driver. Vehicle was spotless!

The drive (Carmello (?)) was pleasant welcome to Italy. On the 45 minute drive to the hotel he taught us a few Italian words and shared some restaurant tips. The reason for the 4 stars is the pickup location instructions were confusing and we spent about 25 minutes trying to find the driver. After a couple of calls to the number on the reservations; he finally found us!
