Enjoyable visit here just mind all the ticket touts which are a bit annoying. You don't pay to get in the basilica so don't pay them for a tour unless you want one!

...a real life Dan Brown movie. I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I returned to Rome. Beautiful area, and a lovely walk from here into the centre of Rome too. You must not miss it.

The Vatican City is glaring. The architecture, beauty, wealth, popularity, and more ..., make this place a must visit for anyone visiting Rome.

There is so much to love about this city and it's amazing history and beautiful sites. I always start my trip here in Rome. It's so awe inspiring and so emotional for me, I saw Pope John Paul here in my first visit and he was just a few feet away from me. So worth the wait and make sure... More

I don’t have to tell you that visiting Vatican City will be impressive. It’s a place I’d always wanted to visit. Seeing Michelangelo’s work and their art collection was breathtaking. However, instead of telling you what you already know (that you’ll be impressed), I’d rather give you some tips: Vatican City Tips: 1. Strict Dress code: If you’re a woman,... More

Let me start by saying I'm not religious, but this is a "must see" while in Rome. Once inside, we paid more for a non guided tour which allowed us to bypass the initial queue, and have amazing access to St. Peter's Basilica. St. Peter's was my favourite part of the Vatican City. The views from the rooftop either looking... More

I personally enjoyed this place without a tour guide. A country of its own where the Pope resides. As a catholic, this solemn place is my family's first stop. If you really wanted to see this with less crowds, come in at 6 am. The sun is up and take your photo. Otherwise at 8am, you will see the crowd.... More

Planning our trip in Rome was not easy but one of the must do is go into the Vatican City! I knew I have to Pre book ticket to skip the line thus I went onto the official vatican website to book my place. I booked 10.30am on a Thursday morning as I knew Wednesday is very busy because of... More
