These are the most spectacular caverns that I have ever been in. From the unbelievably large first room, to the variety of formations, the sites were spectacular. The guide spoke English well, and gave us an extensive tour of the whole facility. The facility is also very well maintained with clearly lit walkways. Be warned that unless you buy a... More

We were lucky enough to have Aldo as our guide who gave a wonderful tour in English. If you are near this area you must see nature in spectacular form. Keep in mind there are a lot of steps during the hour plus tour. The small museum within walking distance is included in your ticket and is worth the short... More

Spectacular experience if grotto exploring is your thing. The mood is elevated by natures magnificence. Our group was led by a superb geologist whose English was easy to digest as was his unique ability to add humour inside mother-nature's bowls

We were on a group holiday and the trip to the caves were booked for us. I was very apprehensive about spending time in a cave but I read the reviews and decided they were worth being brave for! I'm so pleased I went they were spectacular. We had an excellent English speaking guide and I enjoyed the whole experience.

It was really a amazing thing to see. I think the price is a little bit to high (€15,50) and the tour guide was a little bit to cranky. But the Grotto was really nice to see.

We went on the 11.35 English language tour led by a charming young woman. The pace was just right and we were fortunate that our group was small so we really had time to look at everything in detail. There are quite a few steps and it's cool and damp. It was an unforgettable couple of hours. I can't find... More

I was in Marche region for my Italian holidays and we decided to visit those natural caves suggested by a friend of mine. A 1h queue to have tickets was something we didn't plan for, but the visit was superb. Everything you see in the 1h30m walk inside the cave is fantastic. Guide was good enough to explain the history... More

One of the most spectacular sequences of limestone caves in Europe. Incredible stalactite and stalagmite formations, of varying sizes and hues. There is a shuttle bus to the caves and ticket purchase office at the large parking area near Genga. We went on the first tour of the day at 9.30am, which was in Italian, as I speak the language....
