Barbara and Valeria took us on a wonderful gastro tour, first through Bologna's market then its kitchen, teaching us the secrets of making traditional pasta and real ragu (no spaghetti bolognese here!). Highly recommended and great value for money.

Even as an experienced cook, I learned a lot with Valeria and Barbara. They are fun to be around and love what they do. I made gnocchi at home last week, using the knowledge from their class, and they came out wonderfully!

We are about 6 km far from the airport. Taxi costs 20/25 euros or you can take BLQ bus from the airport to the train station with some stops nearby.
