Truly the best experience you can have in Bologna is with Delicious Bologna. We couldn’t get enough, we did all three experiences they offer 😍 The downtown food tour will make you fall in love with the city and all of its amazing food. And the parmigiano and balsamic tour with Riccardo was the highlight of our trip. He was an incredible guide, so knowledgeable and passionate it’s impossible not to have fun.
They were such well put together experiences, just the right amount of time with the perfect size group. Listen to all of Mattia and Riccardo’s recommendations and you’ll leave feeling like a local! Can’t recommend it enough, such an unforgettable time 🥰

Had a blast on the downtown food tour and left feeling so full in my stomach and in my heart :) I enjoyed the tour so much that I signed up for every experience they offered. Each event better than the last. Cannot say enough good things about this tour, the food was impeccable and the tour guides are extremely knowledgeable, engaging and enthusiastic. Delicious Bologna is the best way to experience all of the beauty Bologna has to offer. HIGHLY recommend!!

Best way of experiencing Italian food as locals do. Got to experience everything from a typical breakfast ( even catering for those of us that aren't coffee drinkers), to seeing pasta being made and of course enjoying the fresh meats, pasta, cheese and Gelato. The walking between each venue helped with the digestion. Learned alot about the origins of the food as well as different preparations. Four hours was a good length of tour. Would do it again!

We really enjoyed our night time walking tour. Mattia was a great host and the small group meant we could chat easily. The places he took us to were great and the food and drink, superb and plentiful.
Highly recommend and the next time we visit this will be on our schedule.

Wonderful tour of the culinary/cultural scene of Bologna. Mattia, our tour guide, knows and loves his city and the city loves him as he was frequently greeted throughout the tour. Mattia’s English is flawless and he was able to communicate perfectly. We finished the tour w/ our stomachs filled but our interest in Bologna growing! Thanks again Mattia!

Bologna is at the heart of Italian food culture and we could not have a better guide than Mattia. He is extremely knowledgeable and took us to wonderful shops and restaurants that we never would have found on our own. We learned about coffee culture, making tortellini, and regional specialities including Parmaggiano Regiano, local meats and balsamic. Lots of eating and fun along the way. If you want a small group tour (8 max) with a delightful guide, this is the one for you.

My wife and I took the Cooking Class at a Pasta Factory in Bologna and thoroughly enjoyed it. Although we have some experience making pasta at home, we amazed how much we learned about how to make pasta properly so that it has the right taste, color, and bite. Martina and her assistant were very quite charming, easy to chat with, and excellent instructors who explained clearly all the steps and helped us master the techniques ourselves. In the end, we made tortellini, tortelloni, and tagliatelle (all very important to traditional cucina bolognese) which we then cooked and ate for lunch with a glass of Pignoletto wine, a local, lightly sparkling white wine that paired nicely with the pastas. The whole experience was a real delight and felt more like we were visiting their home than simply taking a class.

Every morsel was carefully curated and paired on this delightful tour. Mattia was THE BEST guide as we walked the streets of Bologna and learned much of its rich history while experiencing the hidden culinary secrets we were hoping for. We left Bologna with our savory purchases of rich, dark balsamic and golden, fragrant olive oil to relive our memories at home!

I had made the reservation by email. The tour was about 80 euro for one. The guide picked us up beside one of the two towers of Bologna (in the middle of the city). When the tour was finished the guide walked with us to the hotel. I have payed by PayPal. You can easily find there website on tripadvisor (near the pictures ) and so you can contact them.They're open for communication, so ask them what you really want! I had fun that evening!
