We took a tour of a Parmigiano-Reggiano and Prosciutto facilities. Each tour tour about 90 minutes. So we started at 8:30 Am and were done by noon. During both tours, we were able to observe various areas of the production process and our guide was very informative about the cheese and meat, the area and answered all of our questions.... More

We booked a Parma cheese and black truffle hunt. Davide, our guide met us at the small local cheese producer and gave us a full tour of the place. He was very knowledgeable, engaging and professional. After we drove up into the mountains for a truffle hunt. That was a real treat. You get to actually find truffles in the... More

We had a wonderful time on this private tour of Parma and seeing the different places. We hired a car/ driver which we believe it was the way to go because we didn't have to worry about finding where we needed to go. Our tour guide was very informative. One thing we loved about our trip is that we visited... More

We planned to spend half our honeymoon in the Emilia Romagna region since we both love food, and so we were both looking forward to trying Prosciutto di Parma, balsamic vinegar, Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese, and lambrusco in their homeland. We were looking for ways to tour the production facilities, and came across the reviews on TripAdvisor for the Parma Golosa tour,... More

This was my second time touring with Parmagolosa and both times were fabulous. The experience is personal, interesting, and tasty! The guides are very knowledgeable, as they are usually local, and super friendly. Correspondence with the company was easy and I was able to setup the tour with no problem! I would definitely recommend this company and will use them... More

We managed to book a tour with Parma Golosa for the same afternoon. Davide was our guide who took us first to a prosciutto producer, then a parmigiano reggiano distributor and last but not least an aceto balsamico producer. We missed to see the production of parmigiano as this only happens in the mornings but nevertheless enjoyed every bit of... More

Davide entertained and educated us throughout our visit to a family-owned parmigiana-reggiano cheese factory, a prosciutto "broker", and to a prosciutto factory. His knowledge of the art, science and tradition of the cheese and prosciutto industries was impressive. We were not rushed, had abundant opportunity to ask questions and take photos, and we were so close to the production operations... More

I went by myself to make the tour of the Parma prosciutto and I enjoyed a lot. My guide Davide was very dedicated, explained every curiosity about the production of the prosciutto and its history. He also took me to see the steps of the production and in the end there was a delicious degustation of the prosciutto Parma. I... More

We did the "Classic Complete Experience" to visit producers of Parmigiano Cheese, Prosciutto and Traditional Balsamic Vinegar. While the tour itself would have been a good experience, Davide (our guide) made the tour an extraordinary trip. He is incredibly knowledgeable, fluently answers all of our many questions in English! In fact, the other tour guides were simply following Davide's footsteps.... More
