I like the clean white and flower coffered ceiling. It has a more pure and simple feel to it than other basilicas. Doesn't cost anything but the church will sure take an offering.

My impression of this church was far more positive from outside. It sits on a small piazza and is quite imposing in that context. Once I went inside though, I found it to be smaller than I had expected - and very dark. Almost no...More

Absolutely wonderful, beautiful in every regard. If you are visiting San Marino, make sure to stop by and see this Church. A beautiful and historic place to visit.

This Basilica is located within walking distance from other major attractions of the city. I consider this Basilica as the mid run from the entrance of the city to the 2nd Tower.

Great ceiling, classical look, some interesting art inside. Free admission but they accept donations.

Worth a wander round or to take a moment for quiet reflection. Its not as ornate as some cathedrals that I've visited, particularly on the other side of the Adriatic but worth a visit. It is incredibly well maintained and there are rules of common...More

This is a nice church beneath the walk up to the 1st tower and entrance is free. Worth taking a look at the modern interior of the church on the way up or down from the 1st tower.

Very nice basilica, represent the ancient convent of Sant Marino, with many statues and figurines and relics; but also a symbol of the Liberti of the little state; outside 8 triumphal white columns, and very large stairs ; also inside many columns; nice statues one...More

Very nice, beautiful and perfectly preserved church, inside and out, worth to look at. And put in a nice spot.

This is a small newish church. IN the land of 2000 year old churches, I consider a 19th century new. Still it's free and pretty inside. Worth a stop in.
