It is always a great pleasure to approach Trieste by train. The experience hasn't changed much in 150 years. It is a highly recommended introduction to a vibrant city.

We had a nice drive around the Golfo, it was very peaceful with a great view, we also walked for a while which was nice

this place is partly rural, partly modern, but romantic actually, good view on the sea and harbour, especially about morning or autumn evening, lot of benches, lot of fish attractions and city centre is near,
