We had the Valentine's Menu Takeaway & it was excellent! The staff were friendly & helpful & as the food had been so well boxed & wrapped, it was still hot by the time it got home. Lovely food & great value for money - we would definitely have a takeaway again & would certainly recommend. 😃

We loved this place! We had pre booked the additional needs class as my son is only 2. Stacey was fantastic with him, she had him engaged and interested from the minute he entered the room. Stacey made the whole experience fun and let him eat lots of chocolate and sweeties in the process. Great value for money, he made a chocolate car, bar of chocolate and a marshmallow and chocolate caterpillar. The set up was great and the pinny and hat were such a cute addition and made him feel very important. We also had lunch whilst there and the soup and hot bread was delicious. Thanks for a fantastic memory, we will most certainly be back!

Went for Lunch with 4 other family members. 2 of us are Vegan with one being gluten-free on top, so as usual phoned before to see if they could accommodate. Although there are no vegan or gluten-free options on menu the chef was happy to offer us a few suggestions. On arrival was directed to a lovely marquee that is being used exclusively for lunches, it made for a warm and even elegant location to have a pleasant family lunch. The staff were aware right from the start the importance of our gluten-free member being treated differently, so much that the ordering and serving was "overseen" by one member of the staff Becky who supervised both in and outwith the kitchen to ensure there was no cross-contamination issues. Chips were served separately from the main so all could share and have ample amount. The portions were excellent and as always the difference in freshly cooked food was there to see with 5 empty plates. After our delightful lunch we ventured into the shop where our gluten-free vegan was delighted to see a varied choice instead of the usual 1 or 2 available; in fact there were 9 different gluten-free vegan chocolates on offer which filled up the 24 Box with plenty of differing flavours. All in all a lovely experience for our family when eating out can be quite harrowing to accommodate all tastes. We will be back!!!!!! Many thanks to all from the front of house staff to the chef, a well-run, friendly and with the marquee, a lovely surrounding to spend time with family.

We booked this thinking it was a chocolate factory where we would see chocolate being made and made into bars or gifts, what you're paying for is to sit in a room with a mould to make either a chocolate teddy, car, train, duck or pig. Then a chocolate bar with sweets on (violate is already put in mould so your just swirling it to make a marble effect, then 3 marshmallows that you cover in chocolate and then decorated with sweets, these you get to keep, but that's what you're doing, that's it. £16 For each adult and child over age of 12yrs old....very expensive chocolate if you ask me. So be warned....its for very overpriced cholate. Outdoor play area and a eating place in a marquee tent, that is extra pennies
