I have been lucky to visit Corso Como on two occasions. The first time I was taken to this great venue by an Italian female colleague. The second time it was my turn to take two of my UK colleagues. They enjoyed it just as much as I did. You could easily walk by the entrance without realising the wonders... More

We visited Lake Como in this month. It is quiet as there are less visitors here in winter I guess. The view is amazing with both waterwaves and snow mountains in same pictute. The houses along the lake side have all kinds of colours and make a painting like scene for guests. We took a boat ride to another side... More

I have been recommended to go and see Como 10 by my host, adding there are many people who come here only to visit this store. The entrance - a plants and leaves decorated gate from Corso Como, followed by a patio with entrances to the store, gallery and restaurant. Cozy, yet overwhelming feel of the arrangement of the displayed... More

Corso Como 10 is one of my favourite places in Milan. A bar, a shop and a bookstore. You can enjoy a drink surrounded by stylish people, mostly millenials, and find inspirations in their stores with lots of unique objects from the luxury world. Whether you're just having a city break in Milan or you live here, you should consider... More

Great brands such as Comme des Garçons, Saint Laurent, Sacai, Ami Paris and so on. Also many exclusive scents. On the first floor you'll find a wide variety of books on fashion, design and architecture. Worth the visit!

Nice restaurant, very cozy. I liked it, but I didn't love it. They have a great wine menu, and also a great drinks menu. A little expensive. Advise: book a table

Beautiful entry in the courtyard of the ancient railing houses. trendsetting shops with lots of weird and very very expensive fashion articles on ground floor. on first floor another shop with huge of peculiar books and design pieces + photograph gallery of Nobuyoshi Araki. worth to spend 1 hour

An aesthetic adventure in a beautiful shop. Right from looking at the entrance till the choice of magazines displayed inside.

Super popular place. The market shops and stalls were OK. I was expecting something more exciting impressive. Perhaps the chilly day we visited on was keeping some of the stalls away. The vibe is good and there is heaps of food places. Worth a visit.

Crazy retail/gallery space. Very intriguing for those who love fashion/art and everything in between. Highly recommend having drinks in their front yard/terrace area. Delicious! Great for people watching too.

Staying in Stazione Centrale

Neighbourhood Profile
Stazione Centrale
Central Station represents a bridge towards the future. Impressive skyscrapers and new age buildings stretch the skyline with the majestic Unicredit Tower cutting through. Surrounding it are large towers that define Piazza Gae Aulenti, where the fountain and the Monumento Trombe leave one breathless. A famous building of the district is the Vertical Forest, where the innovative materials and trees planted on the terraces are a unique mix of nature and man-made construction. In the district, there is the Monumental Cemetery, known for its antique tombs with sculptures portraying angels of commemorative scenes many will find touching.
