Decided to check out this spa because I love massages and this was located in our hotel. The ambience was nice and we were able to walk in and get an appt right away no reservation. Pricing was actually really good compared to most spas €100 for 60 min! Can’t go wrong with that. The confusing part was that there were no instructions on if we should show up early, use the other spa amenities or even what amenities they had. We kind of just showed up and the language barrier didn’t help. We were kind of just guided to the locker rooms and handed robes. So we explored ourselves. There were multiple rooms and bear in mind I’ve never had a massage in Europe so not sure if they did things different. Anyhow wasn’t a horrible experience overall because the massage itself from my therapist was AMAZING! This masseuse gets 5 STARS from me! She was very good and I enjoyed every minute of it. BUT the only awkward thing was they gave me this thong thing that I was even sure how to put on lol. And they really get in there. Wasn’t used to that. Either way, my masseuse was great!

So my husband and I were staying at Cristoforo Colombo and wanted massages for our vacation. First off. Do NOT book. Why?! The pictures they advertise are false advertising first off. Here are all the details. Walked in it was €100 per person for 60 minutes. We were walked to a locker room where 1. The lockers did not have locks 2. The showers possessed nothing like shampoo, conditioner, or body wash so you can cleanse prior to a treatment. 3. Someone came in as I was trying to figure out what to do in there w slippers, a ragged robe, and a towel to shower later .... butttttt how are you supposed to rinse when you don’t provide the amenities ??? Next complaint Since we arrived at 2:30 our treatment was 3pm we decided to explore the so called spa. 1. The relaxation room was far from relaxing. Leftover towels behind the sears, hand eaten cookie tray(?), most of the tea bags were out without labels or an offered lemon and/or sugar. 2. The pictures hot rub you see in their photos was NOT hot and rather cold. So not relaxing 3. The steam room is sooo tiny so basically the larger gentleman that was laying down left no room for anyone else to sit. Same thing w the sauna. Last complaint... I can’t even We were walked into a massage room with side by side beds and the two woman just handed us these disposable underwear but no other instruction and left. I get it maybe a language barrier. So we changed and wrapped towels around ourselves. When the women walked in they told us to lay stomach down, but their was only a rolled towel to rest your head as opposed to the spa face pillow, which I found to be SUPER uncomfortable. Next as they massage you the oil used is cold not warm so it’s a bit shocking as opposed to relaxing. I kept asking for more pressure and no such luck. I feel like someone was just gently rubbing me with cold oil on a cold bed. Honestly go somewhere else. Save your money.

We went twice to the SPA as it was included in our package. The place is small but quite nice and the staff was friendly. However, we were disapoibted that the soap dispensers in both showers were empty, the doors were squeaky and the "aromatic shower" was obviously not working.

I used to spend at least 2/3 hours in this spa every 3/4 months. Massages, body treatments and peace were a fantastic break from the stressful working life. Due to work commitment I hadn't had the chance to go there for almost 2 years and...what a change! Now the quality is far away from what it was before! The place is shabbier, the service is poor, the quality of the treatments received is pretty standard and the staff is not particularly kind...what can I add? time for a change I won't be back again: when you look for relax and cuddles you really want to them, you don't want to be treated with arrogance and shallowness.

Myself and my wife came across this place today as we were walking, we saw a special for 30 min massage and spa access but we didn't know what this was we just wanted massage. Service was great massage a bit soft but still great experience. I seem to always fall asleep so it doesn't matter how good the massage was apparently. But after that they take us to the spa where we can use the sauna and steam room, pool ect and it was great. Not sure about the lack of coverings they give you but was rather empty at the time so we were enjoying the freedom. With other people there too could be a bit uncomfortable for us Aussies. All round great though.
