It is a spacious park suitable for picnic and children. However, it is recommended to visit the nature museum there particularly for children.

The largest park downtown is this one, you can run, have a rest, to stroll, play with your dog and whatever you like to do outdoor. Before 2002 , when the park was dedicated to the writer ang journalist Indro Montanelli (1909-2001), the park was called Gargens of Venice Door . Inside the park you can visit the Planetarium and the Natural History Museum. Many statues and monuments are positioned on the perimeter of the park.

A pleasant area of greenery in the heart of Milan. I just happened to walk through on my way to the centre. Very picturesque house to gaze upon. Lots of people walking around.

A green lung in the centre of busy Milan city, big massive green area. The park is named after Indro Montanelli, a popular journalist and writer who was known to relax in the park every morning before entering the nearby offices of his newspaper, Il Giornale. Several monuments and tourist attractions are enclosed within the park. Notable buildings include the Ulrico Hoepli Planetarium, the NaturalHistory Museum, the 17th century Palazzo Dugnani. Notable monuments include the statue of Indro Montanelli,a popular journalist and writer. Saw lots of people jogging, visitors strolling through, dog owners bringing their dogs to have fun at the designated dog's playground. One can also see artificial hills, rooks and lakes, trees, shrubs, and flowering plants.

It's a pleasant park, with well marked pathways, a lake, fitness equipment and artwork in various locations. It takes about 15 minutes to stroll through it on your way to the centre of the city. It's free to enter and is open from 06:30 to 21:00.
