Set back off the road, the sight of this carefully restored Villa from the main street must not be allowed to intimidate the visitor...inside is a sumptuously devised interior that showcases the newest venture by this venerable German porcelain manufacturer. Combining the talent of the traditional German house, the lines now on show include one room dedicated to jewellery with one-off gowns...the rest of the villa is showing the ranges of surprisingly clever & sumptuously rich textiles, rugs, lighting, furniture~ and of course: porcelains! that have resulted from the unique collaboration of Italian craftsmanship/design with the seemingly unlikely talents of the classically decorated porcelain producer . A nice diversion from JUST fashion shopping..we were welcomed by Diana Rosental & offered fine coffee as we admired the gorgeous offerings that were easy to desire & hard to resist!
