Memorable morning making delicious dishes!!
We loved our cooking class with Aurora!! She was so friendly, personable and fun! We made four wonderful authentic Italian recipes with her help and guidance. She is a talented chef and teacher! We even made our own pasta!!
We would love to do this class again! We highly recommend it!!

Market Tour & Cooking Class - Milan Must do!
Aug 2021
My dad and I did the Market Tour and Cooking Class with Aurora this August, and it was fabulous. We learned the ins and outs about the market we visited, and she even purchased some figs for us to try! At her home, she welcomed us like family, and she guided us through making spinach and cheese stuffed ravioli, osso bucco, eggplant parmesan, and tiramisu. It was all wonderful! I just wish we could go back and cook (&eat!) all over again.

Fun and delicious evening with Aurora
Dec 2019 • Family
My wife, daughter and I signed up for Auroras cooking class in Milan and it was one of the highlights of our trip. The class was very well organized, the recipes were simple to follow and most importantly the food came out amazing. It’s very hands on, which is the best way to learn in my opinion, even my 6 year old daughter was able to learn how to make the gnocchis by hand and she was able to make them again when we got home. We made tagliatelle with bolognese sauce, gnocchis, Margherita pizza and panna cota for dessert. It was amazing how we could do so much in just a couple of hours. Luckily the other 2 couples joining our session were friendly and fun, which made it even more enjoyable. The location was very convenient too, just steps way from a metro station. Definitely recommend this activity for couples or families vacationing in Milan.

Great way to learn the history and how to of Italian cooking
Spent an evening in the lovely kitchen of our hostess leaning to cook with our two adult children. Made ravioli, cod, tagliatelle and panna cotta. Our hostess was a great teacher full of information explaining techniques and origins of the dishes - all while having fun. A great way to spend an evening in Milan!!

Excellent birthday present for a “foodie”
Lucrezia was our very competent chef for the evening and we had the luxury of only being two students in this class. This gave us both the opportunity to participate in all four dishes and have very stimulating discussions around food and other topics. The class was relaxed, friendly and supportive. We also got several tips how to vary the filling for the ravioli for example. The resulting dinner was amazing. All recipes were doable at home and we will surely cook them all again.

Excellent cooking class
We were able to choose 4 recipes from a good range on the website and, depsite being accidently late, able to make and eat all in the 3 hours there. The teaching was excellent and food delicious!! We had the veal ossobucco, spinach + ricotta ravioli, panzerotti and panacotta. All the food was delicious!! Particularly the ossobucco and panacotta. Would DEFINITELY recommend this! Totally worth the price!! And the host has an impressive culinary history of cooking italian food!
Thank you Aurora! From Ellie and Narren
