Fun way to get your bearings on sites and locations in Milan. We did the one hour tour with Luca who is both funny and informative. You travel around the perimeter and through the city with a stop at the fort to walk around. Luca is happy to share restaurant, bar, coffee shop recommendations for future stops. Beware the car is tiny, so getting in and out can be a bit difficult...but is also part of the fun!

What a great way start the day! The vintage fiat was so cute!! We had numerous people looking at us and smiling. A couple of people came right up and asked questions about the tour. It was cool! The host was so nice and knowledgeable. He gave us a map of Milan which helped us out a lot and suggested a few places to tour on our own. We recommend this to anyone who would like to ride in a vintage fiat and get to know the city more. Thanks!

After reading all the positive reviews on TA, my husband and I booked a two hour adventure with Vintage Tour Milano for our last night in Italy. It was perfecto! (Don’t you hate it when Americans’ start picking up Italian phrases and inserting them in English sentences? I know I do, but after traveling with a friend who did this for a week, apparently I got contaminated.) Luca picked us up, as promised, from our hotel, in his little vintage red Fiat, and from the moment we met Luca, and saw his little car, the adventure began. Luca actually owns four little red Fiats which he has beautifully refurbished. He also has a crew of driver-hosts, who are available according to your schedule. We booked the tour from 7pm to 9 pm. Sometimes groups book all the cars at once. What a site that must be. The Fiat comfortably fits the driver, a passenger in the front, and a passenger in the back. While it can be challenging unfolding yourself from the back, once seated in the car, you should be fine, and if not, the experience overrides the comfort. Everyone who sees the car as you saunter down the road smiles. The car has this feel good vibe, and it hard not to have fun. This Company is based on Luca’s passion for vintage Fiats, and his love of Milan. He’s a natural teacher, and an excellent driver. I was so impressed that I called him a Tour Maestro, but he quickly let me know that Milan only has two Maestros, DaVinci and Georgio Armani. Mark and I learned so much about the history of the city, the architecture, little known secrets, the fashion haunts, and most important, where the locals go to have fun. Luca and I discussed what type of adventure we wanted before the trip. We had already seen the Center of the City, the Domo, the Castle, and the Park. We let him know that we were interested about learning about Milan, past to present, and we were really interested in the canals. He geared the trip around us. We learned more than we ever expected, and we gained valuable perspective. Milan is a very old city which from Luca’s perspective, positively embraces new artists, designers, and architecture, while respecting what came before. Did you know that the canals are man-made and DaVinci himself designed the locks and canals? In the days of walking and horses, it made travel around the city much faster, especially getting all the marble needed for the Domo where it needed to be. Wait until you see how the modern day citizens of Milan have made the old canals a vibrant exciting social scene. Luca’s sense of timing, stopping the car, and letting us walk around and explore the energetic canal area was delightful. The canal area was so quirky and charming with it’s restaurant, bar and art scene, that it made us want to return to Milan. Silly us, before this adventure we thought we had a good taste of Milan. We knew nothing! We only wish we had booked this outing our first night. Our trip would have been so much better, after being introduced to Luca’s Milan, if we had time to go back and enjoy some of the places he showed us, and some of the sites and restaurants he recommended. I hope that you take this adventure, and have as great of a time as we did. Ciao!

We took the 2hr city tour the first day of our visit to Milan. We were collected from our hotel by Luca and his wonderful vintage Fiat 500 car. What a way to see the city in style and Luca is so friendly and knowledgeable. The tour took in so many attractions and secrets of the city that no other tour can do! A must booking for everyone! Thank you Luca for making such great memories.
