I was expecting a nice day the swimming pool but instead sat there really annoyed. All information on their websites and walls were in Italian. There were many extra costs that were annoying. You could not swim without a swimming cap which was 4,90€. Sunbeds were extra 3€. Also remember to bring flipflops. Bathrooms at the place were a joke.…

Beautiful old pool in a great location. Initially we were so excited to find somewhere to swim in the hot weather during our stay in Milano. We expected an entry fee of 5 euro per person as stated in a google search of the pool. The fee had since increased to 7 euros per person. As my daughter and I started to enter the pool, we were halted by a lifeguard who told us we could not swim unless we had a swimming cap. News to us since the girl at the entrance who took our money had failed to mention this. Questioning him further, I discovered that caps were available to hire at a cost of 3.90 euros each. He said if we didn't want to hire a cap we could stay in the shallow end of the pool and only on the edge. I understand the policy, what offends me is the extra cost and not being told this at the entrance. A public swimming pool is supposed to be family friendly. In effect, we paid 28 euros for our family to sit in the heat and look at a lovely pool. Not what I consider a good day out. Oh and by the way, you can use the sun beds; at an extra cost of 3 euros a day. …
