Esempio di stile liberty, come altre case nella zona, venne costruita nel 1901, su commissione dell'avvocato Michele Raby. Negli anni 80 era adibita a scuola privata, per poi essere acquistata nel 2004 dall'Ordine dei Medici ed Odontoiatri della provincia di Torino.

COSTRUZIONE STILE LIBERTY NEL CUORE DELLA CITTA'

Opera dell'architetto Pietro Fenoglio e Gottardo Gussoni (1901) è uno dei più noti edifici in stile liberty di Torino. Fu progettato come residenza privata e proprio dai suoi primi facoltosi proprietari ha tratto il nome. La facciata su Corso Francia ha un terrazzino ed eleganti finestre con modanature a volute, quella laterale una veranda e un balcone che dà accesso alla splendida scala che conduce al giardino. Il prezioso portone di legno è ancora quello originale, mentre è successiva la cancellata di metallo.Villa Raby non é possibile visitarla all'interno, in quanto aperta solo di giorno esclusi i festivi ai Medici, in quanto sede dell'Ordine dei Medici. Son stato in occasione di un convegno ( vedi foto) e ho potuto ammirare le imponenti strutture alte con balconi arabescati. Una bella toilette pulita. Chi passa da lì anche solo uno sguardo veloce agli esterni.
