Rip off journey

Rip off transfer, be careful when you arrive in Venice. Yes a boat transfer would have been glamorous and wonderful but all companies refused quote and advised road. Booked zip transfers and was very disappointed, booked 2 cars for 10 people with bags and after a flight and wait times arrived to find one car waiting and the only choice was to fit ten into 8 seats as we would have to waited over an hour and half for them to return to do second run. They did on complaint offer refund of difference between 2 car pick up and refunded 6euro!!! Think I would have choose that car. Even driver not sure of route took us through a industrial journey first and checked his phone too for text messages!! On return journey choose different company and was so impressed left a massive tip.

Highly recommend!

Venice Transfer Airport made our transportation to the airport worry free. Guilia responded quickly by email to any concerns and Alberto? Antonio? our driver even arrived early which allowed us to get to the airport ahead of schedule. If you can meet at San Basilio Terminal they will transport you by private van for half the cost of water transport. Highly recommend!

Great Service fromVenice to Marco Polo International Airport

We used Alberto for an early morning trip to Marco Polo Airport from Piazzale Roma. When I say early, I mean early we met him at the Piazzale at 3 am. The airport was not open yet…. But he was there waiting for us at 2:50. He was prompt and courteous and send confirmation by text. Called us at 2:50 to confirm he was there and assist us in locating him.

As we came in from a cruise we didn’t have a transfer to the city from the airport. We took the People Mover from the terminal where the cruise line dropped us.

As a cautionary note, you are on foot or travel by boat everywhere in Venice, so be prepared. Pack accordingly. We were concerned about our transfer to the airport and really please with Alberto!

Highly recommend Alberto!

Stress free travel

We booked a transfer from the airport to our hotel and back again 5 days later. All communication with Alberto was flawless and he was very helpful. When we arrived in Venice we were met at the airport and taken to a lovely car which then took is to the ferry port. From there we transferred to a lovely private boat to take us to the hotel, what a lovely way to arrive and see such a beautiful city. The drivers were friendly and helpful and the transfer on the way back to the airport was flawless and on time too. Thank you for making our trip that extra special and stress free.

Transfer to Marina Di Venezia

I booked a transfer with Venice Taxi Airport from Marco Polo to Marina Di Venezia. Our flight was a little bit late but our driver was waiting patiently and it was only a short walk from the terminal/ I had requested a car seat and booster chair and both were available and ready to go and in great condition (cybex brand which is the same as we use at home). The drive took about 50 minutes. Very easy to book over email (credit card to secure booking and then we paid driver in cash but I believe can use card too). Highly recommended.

Excellent experience, highly recommend

Excellent service from Alberto and team. We were delivered quickly and efficiently straight to our hotel on arrival, and booked a return to the airport as we were so pleased with the experience.

On way back to the airport, high tide meant we could not be picked up at the hotel, but Alberto called to make alternative arrangements. Great communication.

Boats both ways were exceptional, and a really special way to arrive/depart the city.

My taxi driver became my friend!

Alberto is amazing….originally picked us up at the airport in Venice and I grabbed the wrong ski bag (they were identical). We hired Alberto to take us up to South Tyrol and exchange bags the next day, on his day off! This happened on 2/18 and we spent 2/19 with Alberto…. It ended up as an awesome private tour! Alberto even took a day off to show me the Dolomites and ski with his good friend Filippo and me! Best vacation ever, well before I tore my ACL Alberto is the best… his transfer and taxi service is the BEST!!!!! The best taxi ride ever!!!!!

cruise terminal to airport taxi service - superb service at great price

Was looking for a taxi transfer from cruise terminal to Venice airport and arranged by e-mail after doing a web search. Great communication and price was half that offered by Holland America transfer. The taxi was waiting at agreed time with very clear sign with our name. Very friendly and helpful driver. Would recommend using this company and if we return to Venice will use again.

Taxi from cRuise terminal to airport

Do not worry about cab ride to the airport. There are many soliciting cab driver at the terminal exit charging€45 per cab ,that is per car,or €35 per share van with other group. My wife chose share van cost us€35 from Venice cruise terminal to Marco Polo airport in less than half an hour

Our driver waited for us at the Cruise ship terminal Exit with our name when we came out although we were early.
Helped with the luggage without us asking .
What we really appreciated was the communication by E-Mail during the cruise to make sure all was booked.No pre payment required.
