Ordered an expresso coffee at 6 euros but given an Americano at 9 euros asked for coffee to be black came with milk and only half a cup of coffee charged 9 euros of course

This is a must stop over whilst visiting Venice. Coffe in the square watching over the tourists funding their way was exceptional. You are treated so well and the presentation of your drinks and cake are classic. It is expensive butwhat an experience. Try it you will not be disappointed.…

With sad surprise I need to said that this historical cafe in piazzetta San Marco from a nice and fine dining caffè, drop in a lousy cafe take a way for tourists! Only the indoor dining area is nice just to view! Unfriendly and rude staff! Gelato way below the standard!

Arrive in Venice and dropped our bags at the hotel on San Marco square. Walk to this place for lunch straight away and a quick drink. Overpriced rubbish, we had just come from Cannes so we knew what expensive is. However the food and service here are a joke. Arrogant as hell, how cN that be when they are the waiters. Spent more time asking people to it sit down I know rude poor service is part of Venice (no excuse for that) but this was the worst So many better places to go to Felt like they played the live music low so only those sitting and paying could hear!!!…
