Great place for eating outside

Had a lovely pizza and excellent coffee here, and watched the world go by. Great place for Aperol spritz and aperotivi

Go to Cafe Loacker for a great brew its just around the corner from the piazza. Also recommend the fresh sweet chestnuts.

Only shame for the vulgarity of Xmas lighting. The piazza is truly wonderful and you can enjoy also food and drink while looking at the architectural beauty of this medieval town....but the contemporary businesses, shop and lighting decoration are terrible

This is a beautiful site with plenty of history to share as ancient as the Roman Period. Although crowed we were overwhelmed by the beauty and the historical facts. Not to miss!

My wife and I went in November, which is off-season, but there were still huge crowds. But the place reeks of medieval history, with the many ancient structures ranging from Roman to the Renaissance period. Simply beautiful.

This is a nice square . Has many shops around and has small markets during weekends. Since we went in December the Christmas decor was up and was beautifull.

This beautiful ancient square was originally the home of chariot races, but today it is the home of a fresh farmers market! "Erbe" means "herbs", and you can buy herbs from numerous stalls, as well as fresh fruit, vegetables and flowers. The options have expanded from fresh produce to include leather goods (think fine leather gloves for 20 euros) beautiful... More

It's a square. OK to walk in. Nothing to keep you interested beyond a few minutes. I'd still suggest seeing it because it's one of the nicer areas to walk through
