An interesting mix of formal and informal gardens. Would not say this is a must-see, but it does get you on the other side of the river and into a green area, if you are getting tired of crowds and marble. If you have small kids you can turn them loose here to wander the mazes.

Saw the gardens on a Monty Don programme. Even lovelier in real life. Take a moment to sit beside a fountain where turtles swim or under a 600 year old tree. Strenuous climb to top of belvedere at the back of the garden is well worth it for the views of the city.

It’s the location that comes as a surprise. Giardino Giusti is entered from a narrow street full of buildings – unless you knew it was there you could pass the entrance without having any idea of what lay behind the street frontage. Because of where it is located finding somewhere to park a car will be difficult as the surrounding... More

The gardens were very beautiful. My son loved running and being chased through all of the mazes. There was plenty to keep us busy and give a nice break from the busy city.

These gardens are quiet and tranquil just over the river from the old city....easy to walk to...amazing history and comes with a good map and history of the origins . E7.00 entrance fee. Although there are steps to climb up one of the towers,,,it is not strenous.

A wonderful park in the city where you will find the peace of mind to enjoy the freedom of nature and romance. Lovely green gardens. You will find a small labyrinth where you can have som fun or just enjoy hand in hand with your partner the beautiful greens, statues and scenery. Make a pause here and just let the... More

A beautiful garden behind a gate on a main street. You would never know it was there. An oasis of calm when you go inside, Fountains with terrapins, shady areas, gorgeous italian cypress trees and a hidden grotto. Well worth a visit. We visited a couple of years ago, still a lovely surprise, although the price has doubled...

You level out in this old garden. Behind the busy noisy streets time stands still. Just sounds of fountains and birds in the tall trees.
