Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The Palazzo della Raggione used to be the city`s seat of power. These days, with one or two esplanades inside a square composed by ancient, beutiul archtecture (including a great statue of Dante), always bathed in sunlight, which brings up the colour of the buildings, which you can, for the most part visit, it really is a nice place where to spend a couple of hours. Enjoy.

It is located in a wonderful square with many monuments, one more beautiful than the other. You are greeted by a staircase in red Veronese marble which changes color depending on the sun. The courtyard with the arched portico built with bricks and tuff is also very particular

From the Piazza dei Signori square you can easily reach the elegant courtyard of Palazzo della Ragione.
Like the other Palaces in the square, over the centuries, the Palazzo della Ragione was the centerpiece of the city's political power. The building is now radiating with strength and awe.
Even today it represents a magnificent example of Romanesque civil architecture. The exterior of the building is beautiful with alternate rows of stone and bricks. The beautiful part of the palace make, the Gallery of Modern Art and Notaries Chapel, Scala della Ragione and the Lamberti Tower. All is very interesting and nice. Fantastic museum of modern art including Achille Forti collection and old photos of the city.
An exceptionally beautiful building with rich and interesting history.

If you're over art galleries full of paintings of the baby Jesus, his family and assorted acolytes, then this is likely to be enjoyable. There were two exhibitions when we visited, paintings by Veronese artists over the last 100 years or so and photographs of Italian museum's storage spaces. The former was certainly a refreshing change. While many of the painting were a little derivative it's a lovely little collection. And the exhibition of photographs was fascinating -high-quality images of interesting museum areas you would never see in the flesh. This superb little art museum is well worth an hour of our time. Tickets are purchased in the Torre de Lamberti area and cover both the gallery and the tower. - good value for money!

This is a beautiful, ancient building, well worth a visit in its own right. Whilst most people headed for the tower (Torre dei Lamberti) with its stunning city views, we climed the amazing Gothic staircase to the first floor to explore the Achille Fort I Gallery of Modern Art. This is well worth an hour or two. Here also is the Cappella dei Notai, a highly decorated wedding chapel not to be missed.

Even if you aren't into modern art, this museum is well worth a visit, particularly if you use the excellent value Verona Tourist Card. Sitting in an interesting square, the museum has some very interesting exhibits, covering a wide ranger of styles and history, not just modern art, which is limited to just a few galleries.

In a place so filled with tourists, it's very difficult to find a peaceful and quiet place, especially so close to all the crowds.
Some sort of anomaly.
Great architecture.

This Palazzo della Ragione, also known as the Palazzo del Comune was the site of the judicial offices and the city administration. Today it holds the Modern Art Gallery Achille Forti.
