Piazza Bra is a vibrant large Piazza with many good cafes and restaurants . It is the entrance to the historic old city. Well worth having a meal or drinks an enjoying the attmosphere .

Visited during the opera season regularly. When not in the arena for an opera it's a good place to sit with a coffee and watch and listen. During the day time often crowded. Frequently found displays or events happening keep an eye open for these....More

Of course, everybody visiting Verona, must see this sqaure. Both a tourist attrraction as well as a tourist trap. Enjoy the atmosphere and the lovely views on the Arena. Avoid the restaurants, since they are too expensive.

Bustling, with good cafes and restaurants so you can watch the world go by. The food is good here although obviously directed towards tourists

There are a number of restaurants in the the Plaza all offering food and, surprisingly, drinks at reasonable prices (compared to Rome and Venice!!0

This is a lovely piazza to sit and watch the world go by..it is very atmospheric. It's a great place to have an early evening drink with friends. Not the best place to eat as very touristy. But certainly worth a sit down and drink.

Very nice piazza near the arena, with many restaurants and cafes and a garden. One of the best places in Verona.

Beautiful old square with the arena inside it and restaurants and city walls. Particularly stunning at night when not too busy

This is the largest piazza in Verona, with the Roman Arena and a lovely small garden in the centre. lovely to visit during the day and the evening.

You can take one of the city buses from the station to reach Piazza Bra. Tickets are just 1.30 euro if I remember correctly. Or you can walk maybe 15-20 mins through a somewhat boring landscape to get there.
