Roberto is the best!

We recently traveled to Puglia with our adult children to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. It was an amazing and very memorable trip.
Our travel consultants, Selected Tours Italy, arranged our private transportation with Roberto and his company Apulia Shuttle. Roberto made our van rides to our various destinations in Puglia so much fun while we were able to relax and enjoy the scenery. He was professional, reliable and always arrived early. He was always friendly, sometimes funny and quite knowledgeable on many topics. He taught us things and helped us with translations from English to Italian. We enjoyed all of our conversations with our new friend very much.
The vans we were picked up in were top of the line, always just washed and cleaned and very comfortable. When he could not be our driver we had another one of his employee Danieli, who was also very professional and we enjoyed his company as well.
Roberto, was so helpful and attentive, always going above and beyond. He even offered to be our translator as we were in some small towns where no one spoke English. We were so thankful we had him with us.
We highly recommend Roberto and Apulia Shuttle for all of your transportation needs!

We hired Apulia shuttle for our trips from Polignano a mare to alburobello, Bari, matera, lecce, grotte di Castellana and monopoli. The drivers were helpful and suggested a few places to go when we had a bit more time and would give us as much or as little guidance as needed. They provided umbrellas when we had forgotten them when it rained and we were able to stay as long as we wanted in areas so we could see a bit more. They were also able to accommodate us at short notice for an extra day on our last day which was very helpful as our flight wasn’t until late. Would recommend

I booked Roberto's shuttle service for a trip between the Bari airport and Monopoli (and back). He was outstanding from beginning to end! The communication about the arrangements was excellent, it was easy to meet him at the airport, and he took care of everything, including coordinating with my B&B to have them meet me at the dropoff point (as cars are not allowed in the historic center of Monopoli). The car was safe and comfortable, and Roberto was delightful to talk to. I enthusiastically recommend his service and would definitely book again if I am lucky enough to return to this beautiful area.

Exceptional service!

When travelling, it is not often that you feel the heart of the person who provides you service. On our recent trip to Puglia, it was our privilege to have Roberto care for us. We used his shuttle service for transfer to a Villa near Ostuni and then, again, when he took us to tour Matera before dropping us at Bari Airport.

Roberto is thoughtful, kind, caring, warm and fun! He is honest and fair priced. There were six of us, three generations and that required patience. Roberto was just that. He is a very safe and calm driver. Roberto should be your first and only choice when visiting the area and beyond. We will hold Roberto in our hearts always. He made the trip more memorable for having known him. Thank you Roberto for absolutely everything you did for us!

Perfect transport with great service for visit Puglia

For our visit to Puglia we connected with Roberto. We wanted to visit the treasures of Puglia. Roberto did great suggestions and booked the restaurants for us. He was always perfect on time and was also very flexible when we had extra requests. As a group of 8 women, it was great to have such an excellent driver. Roberto booked a winetasting at a nice winery. So we recommend Roberto for your stay in Puglia! Great service! Next time, we will definitely ask Roberto again!!

Roberto runs a highly professional organization. He is exceedingly reliable and is conversant with the history and evolution of the region and thereby brings another level of expertise to his profession. As a solo female traveler, i highly recommend Roberto to care for your transportation needs while in Puglia.

Wonderful way to explore Puglia

Thank you Roberto for arranging many transfers for our group over the course of our trip. We absolutely loved our day trip to Alberobello and a traditional winery in the Italian countryside. It was such a perfect day!
Roberto was also very accommodating with my unforeseen flight changes.

We just returned from a wonderful tour of Puglia with two other couples. It was perfect thanks to Roberto and the drivers from Apulia Shuttle. We worked with Roberto to customize his services for our tour. He picked us up from the airport in Bari and then provided daily transportation in his six seat luxury van. He and his drivers adapted as we made daily adjustments to what we wanted to see and how long we wanted to visit. We have traveled extensively and have never had better transportation service. We highly recommend Apulia Shuttle for any transportation needs in Puglia!!!
